Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Since December 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the beach and the cozy boulevard with catering facilities. Beach Resort Makkum is vacationing at a beautiful resort on the IJsselmeer!

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers party takes place on the nearby site, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and 4 years old) who likes to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The grounds where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small-scale park whose marina is located directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. Enjoy some quiet time in our wonderful luxurious villa in Stavoren, Holland. Stavoren is located about an hour and a half drive north of Amsterdam. There are plenty of water sports possibilities (surfing, kite-surfing, sailing,...) as well as golfing, hiking, bird-watching in the area. A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.
