everything was correct! Upon entering, there was a nice music on it. It smelled nice of the rituals. The contact went smoothly via the app. Beautiful location and walking distance to beautiful hiking trails. we were very satisfied!

It's a nice and beautiful stay! The area is great for walking in and it is a nice village. Tineke responded quickly and gave nice tips.

We had a lovely holiday with six adults. Everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub is great! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described on the photos. The communication with the owner is great, she responds quickly and kindly. We would go back there anytime. One car can park right in front of the house, the other in front of the residential park in a free parking lot. The path is about 5 minutes - everything is easily accessible. Shopping can also be reached directly within 4 minutes by car. It is highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Henk and Ineke’s lovely place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and even better than the photos (thanks to some upgrades since our reservation)! It’s clear that Henk and Ineke truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. They were friendly, flexible, and always approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to visit again sometime. Oant sjen!

It was super cozy there, we actually only relaxed outside on the covered terrace, she had prepared snacks, things to paint and a camera. In the evening, it was super nice in the hot tub and with the fairy lights. You could just completely disconnect from everyday life. The toilet and kitchen are very small but all in one, it was a very nice relaxed stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Herman and Cecile's Airbnb for a week. The cottage is fantastic and equipped with every comfort. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the terrace on the water. The area is beautiful and ideal for a beautiful walk or bike ride. The owners, Herman and Cecile, are very nice and relaxed and always in for a friendly chat. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location and would like to come back again.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our short but sweet stay! We were looking for something quieter and more peaceful after a busy few weeks of travelling. We immediately could tell how much thought went into the guest experience, and we appreciated all the small details. It was impeccably clean, beautiful amenities, and the location was beautiful. We would certainly recommend this location!

Everything was as described and shown in the pictures; Remco was quick to reach and check-in was easy and straightforward. The large and quiet private garden was a big plus, as was the sea within a 15-minute walk. Small note: if you want to cook on site, you should bring your own spices and oils - otherwise everything basic can be found in the kitchen. All in all, a nice cottage in a great location & therefore absolutely recommended! :-)

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

Cute little stay that has most amenities. We stayed only for one night and arrived in the evening. Host was friendly on arrival. Bed was fine, shower was hot. We didn't use the wifi. Parking nearly in front of the stay. Some cats walk around and are a bit cheeky, when you open the door they walk right in, but they are friendly. Only tip to them is to put some curtains at the entry of the stay. There are blinds now that don't cover the glass doors completely and people could look in, that affects privacy. We taped the blinds to the doors, that was effective. Could stay there again.

Caroline and Jan are super friendly hosts! Their amazing rustic accomodation almost makes you feel like you have home back in time. We loved that it was dog friendly too. We visited in April/May and the temperature was perfect but I think it would be quite warm in summer without airco. Saying that - if you are looking for peace and quiet and 10-20 minutes from amazing locations in Friesland; look no further!!! Would recommend!

Beautiful cottage in sweet small village overlooking the meadows and the church. Amenities conveniently within walking distance. Leeuwarden is very close so there is also a lot to do. The house itself is comfortable and has all the amenities.

The small house is much more spacious than it looks from the outside, it is very beautiful and cozy, and it lacks nothing. The view from the living room window and the dining area in the kitchen is great, on the water you can watch ducks, and in the evening the sunset. A highlight was the tour of the farm, we got everything explained and were allowed to pet the calves. The area is fantastically beautiful, and you can be in Workum am IJsselmeer in a few minutes by car. It was an unforgettable vacation, we would love to come again. Thank you dear family Sterkenburgh!

We’ve had a wonderful stay. The cottage is very cozy and we are looking forward to coming back someday! The Bathroom was very clean and with shampoo and shower gel aswell as body lotion, the Kitchen was tidy and well structured. The use of the furnace was Very easy and well explained by the homeowner. A very cozy, tidy and clean apartment. I would recommend a stay there anytime.

We had a wonderful four days at Margot's cottage. On site you will be greeted very kindly by Gerrit and his wife. The whole process is extremely straightforward and nice. The house is nice and quiet. Perfect for a stay with a dog. The amenities are great and even bicycles are available. Directly from the house there is a great hiking forest with its own dog forest and water hole for the dogs. The small lake is also an eye-catcher! Oudemirdum is very cute and if you want to see a little more, Balk and Lemmer can also be reached quickly. We will be happy to come back and recommend the place 🫶🏼

The stay at Eveline's place was very good! We liked the house, you have water in the front and back. We rented a boat at the nearby boat rental that you could moor right by the house in the evening. We would love to come back!

The house and the park were very nice and clean! The garden is very nice and the surroundings are very good for walking! Not far away is the town of Lemmer, where you get everything you need!
