John is a friendly and welcoming host. The annex is roomy and clean with all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and armchairs. Peaceful setting with immediate access to the Coast path and short walk to bus stop serving Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbott and beyond. Lovely restaurants in Dawlish, Cockwood, Teignmouth and Dawlish Warren. Safe parking on the drive. Lovely patio to sit in the sun. We thoroughly recommend and hope to return soon.

Bit of a mix up with the poor cleaner who had car troubles, but Leroy sorted that out immediately and was really helpful and responsive! The van is a fab size and in a great location, but quite a sturdy walk to the back and back. No trouble for us though, as we are big walkers! A really quiet site with easy access and parking. Everything we needed facilities wise was in the van and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks so much Leeroy! 🌟
