Beautiful home the only thing that bothered us a little bit is just such a big house for only 4 parking spaces since its a neighborhood sidewalk parking shouldn’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect. We loved the house.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was more than comfortable for our group of seven. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable—relaxing and perfect in the evenings under the tiki hut. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We’d gladly return in the future!

Our stay here was nothing short of great 👍🏾. Our hosts responded so fast and kindly!! Loved the tiki area and the pool area. The kitchen had every appliance that was needed, so that was great. The surround sound in the living room was 10/10. Movie time was great. I truly loved how they had everything marked so there wasn’t any confusion on anything. The area is great; we didn’t rent a car, but everything we needed was close enough for Uber. Overall, the house is clean, the host was great/understanding, and our stay was amazing. I definitely will recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again.

I've stayed here a few times this year, it's very easy and a great place to stay. It's worth it to sit on the patio at the end of the day and watch the wildlife while the hard rock does its thing. Thanks for the stay again.

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

Everything went so smooth from the time I booked our stay …. Communication was top notch. While staying we did have an issue with a power loss that was out of anyone’s control and the management was right there to get it restored…. Place was exactly as described! Very clean…. Modern home. The eight of us felt right at home …. We had a few friends stop by to visit us and they completely loved the home as well ….. great pool …. Grill … bball court… patio ….. I will definitely rent this home again. Location was perfect…. Food … shopping…. Gas and so close to beautiful beaches …. During school hours it gets quite congested with vehicles with a school being across the street but hey if that’s the only negative thing that’s nothing! FIVE STARS!

Dan was a great host. Usually responded in less than a minute. Place was spacious and beds comfy. Pool was nice and clean. Pool table a plus. Plenty of furniture by the pool in good shape. Tons of towels for everyone. Great place with a communicative, helpful, accommodating host. Thank you!

We absolutely loved how clean and organized the house was. Beautiful and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Clear instructions provided by the host from checking in to checking out. Our host Erica, was very helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood.

I would stay again. The only thing i didnt like is the refrigerator didnt keep the soda cold enough. Nice place and location was good i took my service dog and the park behind the house was a Awesome place to walk in the mornings

Absolutely loved this place! Didn’t realize that the pool is pretty deep also! Pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed with an infant and small children under the age of nine. Walking to the beach took two minutes and we loved being able to get back to the house to swim in our private pool within two minutes as well. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! You won’t regret staying here.

The neighborhood is serene & calm. Great for leisurely walks. The house is a little on the aged side of the fence, but well appointed with plenty of room. It is clean & neat. The backyard space is incredible, we spent most of our stay (early March) outdoors. Evgeniy was available & responsive. We would definitely stay there again & will recommend our friends/family.

This home was great! of course its a little on the higher side, but if you have a reliable group of people to split the cost, this place is well worth it. the bed were very comfortable, the house was extremely well organized, and everything was close by. I wouldve loved to stay longer, but this home faithfully served ita purpose.

Perfect house for a weekend with friend. Utilized the backyard space the most. That grotto/pool was the best part. Hosted a hibachi dinner with close friends in the backyard. Had the most amazing time!

This Modern Villa was everything and more. The space, the cleanliness, the location and most important of all was the view of the home and backyard. My family and I enjoyed our stay,very relaxing, neihborhood was quite and safe. Stay Today was very responsive when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Ft Lauderdale.

We had an amazing stay at Zoey’s beautifully decorated home! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The kids had a blast with the pool and arcade games, it kept them entertained for hours. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Zoey was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again!

Felt right at home. The property has something for everyone! Private little guesthouse in back, fun walking around the lush backyard, and a nice pool and gazebo. Thankful I was able to book Brigada's accommodation while it was available.

Juan’s house was a great place to stay, we enjoyed our time there! The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could think of. Juan was very responsive when we had questions and always willing to help. There is a really pretty little park across the street, that was nice to get out for a walk. Highly recommended stay in Fort Lauderdale!
