what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

We stayed here just for one night for a hen do and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of parking, the hot tub and sauna were ready for us on arrival and the beds were nice a comfy. Plenty of seating in the living and dining room. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this place, it was an absolute delight start to finish. Both hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our awkward check in needs. Then when we actually met Sadiya, she was a delight and couldn’t have been more helpful. The tour of the room and follow up with local recommendations for food etc was a really nice touch. As for the room itself, all I can say is wow! What an absolute find. The sauna and hot tub did not disappoint and the bed was beyond comfortable. Nice little touches like free tea and coffee added to the lovely experience. Even the towels were perfect. 100/10 great value for money and we will definitely be back!

Perfect for our first holiday with 7 month old baby. Everything was exactly as described and Jane was a fantastic host, from replying quickly to any questions we had before our visit to checking everything was okay with check in and our stay. The location is amazing with somewhere to eat a 5 min walk away, a spa/pool another 5 min walk away, activities and walks on the doorstep too. Travel cot and highchair included which was brilliant as meant less for us to pack and bring with us. We did have an issue where the fan stopped working but Jane swapped it for a new one within an hour of us contacting her regarding it which we really appreciated as it was used in the babies room. Stress free and relaxing break. Thank you Jane.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment was really nicely furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would look to book again.

We enjoyed our week at Tors Park in Lynmouth. It’s nestled on a steep hill with beautiful views of the sea and village of Lynmouth. We enjoy walking/hiking and exploring, and this area did not disappoint. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and our pup. Everyone we dealt with were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. We will miss the sound of the sea!

Nice place to stay, rural area, lovely views. The place is spacious, well equipped. Nice fitness area. There’s a parking space close to the entrance and also electric charging available.

We had a lovely weekend in Bentham! The house is beautiful, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Phil left clear and helpful instructions, and communicated via the app when needed. We would definitely recommend The Wenning to any group looking for a base to explore the local countryside.

Indeed Jamie and Sara's place, is different, full of mod cons, yet cozy and relatable. The sunsets from the vast windows were glorious and the array of games were both challenging and fun. The only minor drawback (though we found a solution) was that the stylish bathroom floors up stairs were too slippery after a (lovely) shower, so we used the down stairs one, in which the floor was more textured (and more older person friendly....) All in all a lovely experience. Thank you!

An ideal base for exploring the local surroundings on foot - very easy walking distance from the town centre and on to a wide selection of walking routes around the local area. With all you need for a relaxing stay and the added bonus of a sauna! Very good comms and local recommendations were good. As we had just done the Llangollen Round Richard very kindly extended our check-out time which was a very welcome gesture. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Monk’s Farm. What an incredible property it is! Gemma was super helpful and responsive and I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Wow - amazing!

Great location for exploring beautiful mid Wales. Pool table and hot tub great additions. Layout of tall, narrow property takes some getting used to but actually works very well — everyone either in pool/dining room or living room or hot tub, so options for a large group. We were 12-13 people and that was roomy. NB I skipped this property in my initial search because it’s very odd to photograph the living spaces with people in them!!

Amazing place. The house was spotless and the bathrooms were very clean. It looked even better than the pictures. We loved the hot tub, the kids really enjoyed the time we spent. The host was communicative and gave great recommendations. We would totally stay there again.
