Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. A corner of paradise by the sea

The Villa of 80sqm consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with living room sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

the house is located in the countryside a few minutes from the center of Marrubiu and Terralba. In 20 minutes by car there are the beautiful beaches of the green coast such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little longer you will find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza and others more beautiful than each other. In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.
