The apartment is equipped with every comfort, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Quiet but close to the sea, which can be reached on foot. The host has a quick response time and was also flexible with check-in.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

we stayed only for one night, but everything was well organized and comfortable. The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests. The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

The apartment is managed by Roberto's father, Mauro, who is very kind and helpful in everything. The apartment is perfect, 5 minutes from the waterfront and close to services. The garden is the perfect corner to relax and enjoy some peace.

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

I would call this the best vacation of our lives. The property is a dream, pure relaxation, ventilated area, infinity pool, lawns and nature are the backdrop, poolside relaxation area with sofas where you can admire the sunset perhaps while drinking a glass of wine, clean house equipped with all the comforts and you can only think about relaxing, hosts always available, you can tell that they love what they do. Failed to find a defect. The most important thing for us was the effect on our dog, she immediately felt at ease, she didn't want to leave anymore and this is the key point for us. We look forward to seeing you again.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

My friends and I stayed at La Chiocciola Resort for a relaxing weekend and we were really impressed. The hosts were very kind and always available. The environment is well cared for in every detail, both outside and inside. The heated hot tub is a fantastic plus, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was also super equipped. A stay that I recommend to those looking for tranquility and comfort. If I ever need to relax in the future, this place will definitely come to mind!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Everything is perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as described. We felt completely at home. Kevin and Amelia are such kind and welcoming hosts — always available and incredibly helpful

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.
