Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Čukarica

The house keeps it close to the ground and is located in a beautiful area. The location of the house was our choice because it was modern and simply designed. With Arsenije's attitude and hospitality, we felt like we were at home during our stay. The apartment is a little at the end of the road, but we did not experience any problems. We benefited from the daily information in the house about cities and countries. All these made our experience even better, thank you Arsenije.

Nice private location, quick stay for a layover. Easy, simple, clean. Space was a lot bigger than I anticipated.

The apartment is fine for short stays, it is bright and is in a quiet place. There is something that I have to criticize and it is the cleaning in the shower with mold in the manpara and being glass, a lot of lime, the kitchen extractor had fat as well as the ceramic glass that is not very clean. Outside windows are too dirty and need a cleaning soon. They are small details that must be corrected although they have arrangement. Otherwise everything was fine. Although it has a bus line nearby, bus circumion is chaos due to parties, demonstrations in the city center and to be well informed with several applications. For the day they work relatively well, but at night it is sometimes an adventure and you have to change or prv with lines that leave you 1 km of apartment. Direct line on 22 - 22a1. and others that leave you close to you like 26 or 31. I punctuated it with a 7.5. , to 10 maximal

The only issue is the parking.

Excellent apartment for long-term living. Convenient workplace. There is almost everything you need. Nice quiet area and good transport accessibility.

Sanja is a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is cozy and charming. The district (block) is a great example of Novi Beograd architecture. Also, everything you need is 1-5 min walk nearby. Free bus to center takes 5-10 minutes depending of awaiting.

Dragana and the family were so nice to us. They did everything they could in order for us to feel happy. Their first priority is guest satisfaction, and they prove it. Thanks

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

This was an excellent place for my short visit to the area. Sandra was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue, personal not anything wrong with the apartment. It was super clean, the bed was VERY comfortable, and I felt safe and secure. Sandra was also really helpful with directions and information about how to get around while I was there. I would most definitely stay here again!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

The house is cousy and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay (+ free and good wifi). 2-3 cars can park easily in front. It is also very easy and quick to get to Beograd city center...20 min or so with a car. Many bakeries and stores in just 2-3 minutes drive. I also recommend the "Deda Stavre" as nearby restaurant - you wont regret it :). And Luka is very friendly. Cheers mate, thanks for eveything!

This is a corporate apartment which served our needs. It gets 5 stars because of Milos with his cheerful prompt responses and problem solving via Airbnb text. Otherwise it's a 4- good -but great is within reach. The beds are great, in small rooms with no storage, hanging space nor reading light, things a 5 usually has. Having a dryer with the washer is a big plus. As mentioned by others, the small shower can be difficult to navigate. Unwieldy handheld shower head and no place to put your soap within easy reach but plenty of hot water. Last but not least, we had to buy toilet paper, not a 5 star characteristic. The supply was a little more than one roll for two adult males for 3+ days. Having said all this, I'd stay there again. After all, it was good.

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. So clean same as the pictures. If i can have a chance to come again, i will definetely choose Laura’s house! Thank you for everything.

Apartment was very modern and luxury decorated, and its better than pictures. Beds are very comfortable and view from balcony is spectacular. We really enjoyed, and for sure will come back anytime when visiting Belgrade. Big recommendation

The apartment and bedrooms are all very spacious with large comfortable beds. It is also located amongst many nice bars and restaurants. We were able to check in considerably early and dragana welcomed us on arrival and provided many interesting recommendations that we otherwise wouldn’t have come across.

Everything was perfect! Stress-free check in, great location, the apartment itself is clean, cozy and has everything one might need for a short stay
