Kirstie’s place was just described. It was clean and comfortable. It is a little tricky to find, so follow her directions carefully. And the stairway is steep (as mentioned in the description). We enjoyed our stay, and we would stay again if visiting the area.

I stayed in Jana’s place with my wife and family from Brazil and we all loved it! I’d totally recommend this place to everybody that would go towards Steamboat for sure.

This was my 3rd stay here and it is just as great as the first! Easy walking to local eateries and pubs. Beautiful scenery. Short but gorgeous drive into Steamboat Springs. We love it here! 12 of us stayed at Jean and Bill's cabin for a ski weekend trip to Steamboat Springs. We had an absolute blast, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. 6 minute drive to the resort, spacious kitchen (I love the open floorplan - 12 people can be spread between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, and still talk to each other!), comfy beds, and chocolate candy in bowls spread throughout the house...amazing! Jean and Bill live on site (separate entrance) but aside from check in, we never saw or heard them, unless we reached out with a question, in which case they were very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this cabin!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a place in the area. The house has large rooms that were very clean with a huge kitchen and dining room to meet up in. We will definitely be back.

From a week before and all the way up until the last day, Deb was responsive to every question I had without hesitation. The house was adorable, clean, comfortable and they had everything we needed for a great ladies weekend! We cooked in both nights and the kitchen was fully stocked with condiments, spices, dishes, etc. They even left us a bottle of wine and coffee! I was hoping to see more wildlife as there were bears in the area that were stocking up for winter, but unfortunately, they didn't want to visit while we were up and about. She does have fair warning to locks car doors bc of the bear and I forgot the last night I was there. Mr Bear, helped himself to a few things in my car, but was very polite and didn't leave a scratch on the car or in the car. He left the door open and a few things on the ground, but scurried away before we could catch a glimpse. There are only black bears in the area and they are NOT scary. Just leave them alone and they will leave you alone.

After an unfortunate situation, Cassie and Charlie allowed us to stay at their home on very short notice. They were helpful, responsive and so accommodating! Their place was beautiful and in such an amazing location.

Sarah’s place was great - exactly as described and more. Stayed here with my son for a few days and we had a great time. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but still close to everything. The perfect spot for a small family getaway. Sarah has even stocked the place with some books, toys, and puzzles to keep the kiddos happy. Would definitely book again!

No complaints. Clean, extremely walkable location, check-in/out instructions clear. Good amount of kitchen supplies. It's a semi-basement level unit. Worth noting that if you enter thru the side entrance (closest to the parking space) you walk thru one of the bedrooms on the way to the kitchen/living space

Jason is an extremely responsive host. He addresses any issues almost immediately. The apartment is very well equipped. Some hosts just know what a guest needs to be comfortable in a place. Jason is one of those hosts. He did a great job with this listing. The condo was also very clean, which we greatly appreciate. A car is necessary, as the location is not near the ski area or the downtown. With a car, both ski and downtown are quick and easy to reach. We would happily stay here again.

It was a lovely stay at this condo. The location and the view are absolutely wonderful. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient. The shuttle service was also fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

The most important thing to say is that we made a mistake concerning checking out by one full day, which put Jerry and the new guests in an awkward position. Jerry and AirBNB sorted it out with grace and understanding. dgh

We have stayed in multiple Air B & B’s in Steamboat over the years and this one is our absolute favorite! Everything about it, great location, great hosts and the place is beautifully decorated, bed was so comfy, so we will be going back and if this place is of interest to you and available, don’t hesitate, book it.
