A short walk to Gurnard Village where there is a convenience store, a coffee shop and a local pub serving great food. (The Portland Inn) 10 minute walk. Cowes Town is a pleasant 30 minute walk (5mins in car) along the seafront passing the Woodvale Pub(15 min walk) and onwards along the Green to Cowes town where you will find shops and restaurants and great views of the sailing

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
