We had a great stay. the place was lovely and as represented by the photos. Alison was quick in replying and super helpful when we used up the matches to light up the bbq she helped us out with a lighter. We had a very nice time.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Absolutely beautiful seaside home. Immaculately clean and lovely devor. Catered for all our needs. The weather was good so we were able to make use of the lovely outside seating area Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and close to local shops and fish and chip shop. Stayed with three friends and we all agreed it was the best b and b we had stayed in. Will definitely be returning

A very pleasant town house that manages to be both very accessible (close to main road, station, city centre, amenities) and tranquil (quiet residential road, adjacent to the canal). A lovely area too, handy for Wittering beaches and South Downs. For those who like to cycle, the infrastructure and nearby routes are excellent too.

Carl was an extremely friendly host and communication was excellent. He even asked what milk we drank. His place was absolutely beautiful, so clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay and he even allowed us due to not needing to get into his garage an extra parking space. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and is only a short stroll to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning! This gorgeous apartment offers everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience—comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you might require. And the view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. A beautiful location to get away from it all with a small selection of places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk - we ate at Drifters which can recommend as the food was delicious. There is also a small selection of shops with everything you might need. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we had stayed longer as you are also a in a good position to visit Chichester, Portsmouth and Arundel Castle but to be honest we had such amazing weather in a wonderful location we didn't venture very far on this trip but will definitely be booking to visit again! Absolutely perfect!

This place is absolutely gorgeous spot to stay it overlooks the beach ,sit on balcony watch the world go by .it was lovely and clean with pretty decor all through it feels like your at home .definitely coming back soon

The acommodation was wonderful, exactly what I was looking for and I am happy to have found it. The house was fully equiped, just felt like home. Beautiful, bright and very welcoming, at a short distance from the beach. The hot tube was the highligh for the chilly evening (sadly we messed up the water temperature a bit :D) Jemma is a great, allways responsive and helpful. I will totally book the place again for another getaway. Thank you!!!

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

Everything you want for an Airbnb, perfect stay

Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

We really got lucky when we booked this place. Right between the beach and the high street, and inside was perfect. Plenty of space for two kids and thoughtfully set up also for our dog. Just was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure we were fully set up. We’d love to come back some time!

We stay at Steven's flat over a Bank Holiday weekend. The flat is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the route to the flat very straight forward. Steven had given excellent instructions for accessing the flat and the whole check-in process went smoothly. He even informed us we could check-in earlier if we wanted to. The flat was everything we could have wanted, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and stylish. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and the kitchen with everything necessary. Tea, coffee and sugar were in containers but take milk with you if you'd like a cup of anything straight away. The flat is in a peaceful location just off a busy street filled with restaurants and places to drink, so not far to go for anything. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away, accessed by the zig-zag path, and we walked along the sea front to Bournemouth. Excellent communication with Steven at every stage and would definitely visit again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy access to nearby coastal path with a good pub opposite. The places is as described and clean - will definitely start again .

We had a smashing stay at this flat with our two little ones. It was ever so handy having the high chair, cot, and a nice little collection of books and toys for them! It’s split level but a sliding door keeps the children from the stairs. The view was absolutely lovely, a real treat to wake up to. The beach is just a fifteen-minutes walk away via a cute little park. If you indulge in the massive ice-creams at boscombe pier you could take a short cut back up a steep rd to burn it off! The walk from Boscombe to Bournemouth pier with a pram was about 25 minutes. The landtrain that normally runs between them wasn’t working or perhaps just runs over the Summer holidays. The owner was great with comms, really thoughtful checking in to see if we were alright. All in all, a comfortable and convenient spot for a family getaway by the seaside. We'd certainly consider coming back.

The host is an excellent communicator. Her AirBnB is beautifully presented, lovely and spacious and light. The bedrooms are very decent sizes. The accommodation is also incredibly well equipped; most of what you'd need for cooking and catering can be found in the kitchen; we had a baby bath, travel cot and high chair provided; and we were particularly pleased to make use of the beach trolley with its various chairs and buckets and spades and wind break, etc. The only downside is that, although it's beyond the owner's control, you can hear sounds from upstairs.

What a lovely place, only a few minutes walk to the seafront and town. Easy to hire bicycles to the main attractions. Great local pubs for food and ale. The garden at the back was a real sun trap.

Well…what a lovely stay we had! The views are lovely, even on a grey day and the location was perfect for a stroll to the golden sands of the beach! You can also walk along the coast to Bournemouth which we also did. The apartment is well kitted out and looks just like the pictures. It’s a really lovely place to stay. Comfortable beds, quiet surroundings and enjoyable games to play for children and adults alike. Gemma and Louis were very responsive and friendly and gave as much information as possible about the area, the apartment and anything else you could think of relating to the apartment. We were thrilled with our stay at the Turret Apartment and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We would also return if staying in the area again. Thanks again!
