Vacation rentals with beach access in Côte d'Opale

Very good short stay in Berck. Free parking space on the streets right now until the end of April. Refurbished accommodation, with brand new furniture and decor. excellent geographical location, very close to the beach. The apartment on the top floor means there is no noise above our heads. a slight downside on the common areas of the building: a little old (but we don't live in it) and the smell of cigarettes, especially when you're a non-smoker. otherwise great!!!!

Very nice accommodation, good location on the main street and 100 m from the beach as the name suggests. The hosts are very responsive and everything goes as planned without any surprises!

Listing as described, ideally located in relation to the beach (fairly direct access by a long staircase, to go down by a ramp you have to walk a little more), to a good little restaurant (very affordable which offers excellent seafood), to small shops including a bakery. So we definitely recommend it. Only point of attention is that there is only one bathroom with shower but two toilets. So if there are a lot of you, you have to organize yourselves in the morning for the shower.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Our 3rd stay in this beautiful apartment, we feel at home. I always recommend it 1000%. Albane is a wonderful host, always very responsive and very caring.

Very clean accommodation, nothing to complain about. With a great terrace. Sea view, no need for a car, everything is within walking distance. Very welcoming host. I would recommend this place which is really very good.

Very good stay. The accommodation was very satisfactory with an unobstructed view of the sea. Only small downsides: the bathroom which is not at the height of the rest of the apartment and the dust under the beds. For the rest, it was perfect.

Very well located apartment, close to the beach which is easily accessible on foot, with the possibility of parking right in front of the apartment. Less than 10 minutes from the shops, this apartment is very well located and communication with Alexandre is very easy. a big thank you to them

We had a great time with family and friends. The house was impeccable (and as a housekeeper I know what I'm talking about🤭) Everything was ready when we arrived, the house is super well-equipped, we all felt very very good there. The sea view is heavenly, full of activities to do in the vicinity. Great communication with Olivier, who was always very responsive to messages. We hope to be able to go back already 🤭

Very welcoming, friendly and pleasant person. A beautiful environment. Mers-les-Bains is beautiful. Le Tréport has delicious restaurants that I highly recommend. Our host David was able to tell us the houses' history, we see the love of his region and it's really nice. As far as the accommodation is concerned, impeccable, nothing to say, clean, pretty, a very pretty house, very good point, I highly recommend it, go there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

A cozy house where you immediately feel at home

Charming little house a 10-minute walk to Les Puys beach and a 10-minute drive to the center of Dieppe. We had a great week, the house is very well-equipped and very warm. Close to Veules-les-Roses, Varengeville, Le Tréport etc. Beautiful discovery!

Small but functional and perfectly located. Aurélie welcomed us in person which is very nice. At your disposal is a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, places to visit, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is unobstructed and you can even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A great place for a short stay in the heart of Mers-les-Bains.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea. Well-equipped accommodation. We had a great weekend there.

an address to keep and give to our friends. Very nice apartment and the garage in the basement is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance: beach, rue St Jean, the market.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. We'll be happy to come back! we recommend

We had a great time at Christian's place, very clean, quiet and functional. It has all the necessary comfort. The location is very nice, close to shops and very nice walks. We'll be happy to go back to his place and recommend it without hesitation.

Enjoy your stay at Jean-Baptiste's. Impeccable accommodation, clean, well-equipped. Excellent bedding. Close to all amenities. We'll be back! Too bad about the scaffolding on the terrace but it was clearly mentioned in the listing.
