I had a great time and the house was cozy, but unfortunately I had problems with the hot water and it was not resolved until the last. Efficient communication.

Great location nice old building very comfortable bed the host was very helpful and responsive. Only the street could be little noisy at night with old windows it was a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly host, well-equipped and clean apartment. Matches the description and is definitely worth the money. Communication with the host and the check-in process were top-notch.

You are well and at peace in Sabina and Andrea's home. Impeccable room, simple but tastefully furnished and equipped with the main comforts. You can put the car in a sheltered courtyard. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sabina, who was very kind. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the beautiful surroundings in total serenity.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment and especially enjoyed the great view from the balcony at breakfast. Flor welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us great tips for the area. The accommodation and the garden around it is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you need. Overall an absolute recommendation!

Stefano was always available to answer any questions before and during our stay. He sent detailed instructions for check in, check out, as well as restaurant recommendations which were top notch. The unit was super clean, had lots of space and all amenities worked well. Our morning runs to the beach, walks to the supermarket and walks around the town were enjoyable. Parking was just a block away, so loading and unloading our multiple pieces of luggage was quite straightforward. There are quite a few beaches that are a short drive away with calm and clear waters. The town is charming with well-marked walking/biking paths. I'd surely recommend staying in this town for a few nights, and definitely recommend Stefano's place.

Matias is a very good host and very responsive. We asked for extra towels and he promptly sorted it out. The flat is immaculately clean, spacious and well located to explore Cagliari. Thank you Matias :)

Everything is as described, very responsive and friendly host No problems in the accommodation, there is secure parking The location is close to the beach but far from all shops Not far from the city and beautiful beaches (by car) This accommodation is suitable if you want to visit the surroundings.

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

Our stay at Maurizio’s was great. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. The location was great, about 20 minutes from Cagliari, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but perfect driving distance. Beaches were close, recommend renting a car if you visit as there are more beautiful beaches 45-1hr away that are worth the drive. Thanks for the stay!

We liked the accommodation very much, accurate, as in the description. Well-equipped with extra gadgets, such as beach gear. It is in a quiet location where frogs will give you a good night and wake you up with the crowing of a rooster. Antonella is very prompt and cheerful, always willing to help. The view of the sea in front of Santa Maria Navaresse was a dream and the accommodation was equipped with everything necessary. The accommodation is modern, only the water pressure of the shower leaves something to be desired. The communication with Mercedes was very pleasant and despite a small language barrier no problem. If you don't mind a few meters of altitude, you can also walk from the accommodation to SMN. Glad to come back!:)

I had an excellent one-month stay in this Airbnb! Marco was very welcoming and even arranged an early check-in for me, so I didn’t have to walk around the city with my luggage ! The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, very spacious, and perfectly functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building has an elevator, which is really convenient, and the host’s responsiveness was outstanding : I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. He anticipates our needs, making the journey smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation for my next trip in Cagliari !

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

I loved this place and would absolutely go back. Giuseppe was so accommodating. The view to the ocean was super peaceful. And the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after climbing. Will plan on staying again for sure!

We were very pleased. The place was clean and modern and the amenities were great. The entire site is very calm and quiet. The outdoor area with the hot tub was huge. Super friendly staff who respond to all requests. We felt very comfortable.
