Apartment vacation rentals in Costa Verde

Was a nice place in a great and central part of Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay and Florencia was communicative, helpful and friendly. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Marcos place and the views of the surrounding mountains and nature from the terrace were stunning. It was me, my girlfriend and our 10 month old son and the place had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy. An ample kitchen with all the amenities and great recycling system which is important for us since we like to travel sustainably (organic bin, paper, glass, tin, plastic etc). The flat was well located and we spent 3 nights there able to travel to Oristano one day, Las Dunas beach on the coast another day, a local Nuraghic ancient site, road bike around the area with beautiful views and countryside, and then head off to Calghiri as we drove south. Our host was very communicative and there to provide us help when we needed. He mentioned there's also amazing climbing and hiking options in the mountains around the area.

Heerlijk verblijf met prachtig uitzicht! Het penthouse in Bosa was een geweldige plek om te verblijven. De trappen naar de vierde verdieping waren het helemaal waard – wat een uitzicht vanaf het grote terras! Perfect voor een ontbijtje in de zon of een glas wijn in de avond. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en voelde meteen als thuis. Onze gastheer Antioco was heel vriendelijk en gaf ons veel tips over bezienswaardigheden en wandelingen in de omgeving. Bosa zelf is een sfeervol, authentiek dorpje met kleurrijke huisjes, smalle straatjes en gezellige eet- en wijnadresjes. Een huurauto is wel een aanrader om het eiland verder te verkennen. We zijn zó blij dat we hier terecht zijn gekomen – absoluut een aanrader! Groetjes Karin & Karin

Großartige Lage, super Aussicht und tolle Wohnung! Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen wieder!

Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

Valentina’s place was very clean and beautiful inside, lots of space. Great ocean view. The location was not quite what we thought, it seemed to be in a developing area on the outskirts that was not as clean, and farther from town than we thought, this wasn’t captured in the listing but the walk to town was still easy, just feel the location wasn’t properly shown. Otherwise beautiful penthouse apartment and check in and out was great and easy.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in der Unterkunft von Andrea. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Vom Bett aus konnten wir das Meer sehen. Andrea hat uns immer wieder mit Seightseeingtips versorgt. Der Kontakt zu ihm war sehr unkompliziert und verbindlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved the area. The host was prompt to assist when needed. The apartment is furnished with care and an artistic flair. There is a bit of noise from the promenade and adjacent restaurant. Sunsets are lovely. Access to town and all of its attractions cannot be beat. Beware - parking is challenging and the stairs up to the unit are narrow and uneven. Caution advised. We loved the city and its surroundings.

Christian is a fantastic host, I have stayed at this place in the past and I love the location and connivence. I try to always stay in Cristians places as I love the estics and prefer to stay on ground floor places, and all of his places are on the ground floor. Keep doing what you are doing, you are an incredible host and friend.

Lovely place nestled in a side street. Paolo was great and proactive from the start, flexible at check-in and check-out. Perfect place to stay for a couple, the bedroom is very private and cosy. Great restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away, train station a 10 minute walk, just a lovely spot.

Der Aufenthalt in Sheilas Unterkunft war rundum gelungen! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Sheilas Gastfreundschaft und die angenehme, unkomplizierte Kommunikation – vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Sicuramente ci torneremo! Fin dall’inizio Andrea ci ha fatto sentire a casa, ci ha accolti prima che arrivassimo nel suo appartamento indicandoci,tramite messaggio, zone e ristoranti. Durante il check in é stato estremamente gentile e si è preoccupato che tutto fosse in ordine e che la nostra vacanza fosse impeccabile.

Jeśli chcesz poczuć klimat Sardyni to ,to mieszkanie idealnie go oddaje. Emanuela zadbała o każdy szczegół i przygotowała mieszkanie w stylu w jakim mieszkała jej babcia przed laty. Jest po kapitalnym remoncie także nie ma się do czego doczepić. Mieszkanie jest przytulne, ma duszę. Jest w nim niestety trochę ciemno ale ma to tez swój urok ze względy na położenie na jednej z piękniejszych ulic Cagliari. Jeśli chodzi o kontakt z gospodarzem to jest on praktycznie cały czas. Emanuela dbała o nas, pisząc do nas codziennie czy wszystko ok i czy nie potrzebujemy pomocy. Wysyłała nam wskazówki odnośnie restauracji a także miejsc do odwiedzenia. Gorąco polecam mieszkanie na 5+.

Our Stay at Sara's flat was very pleasant. We felt immediatly at home. The flat is just 5min walk away from the center and the next supermarket is close by. We could always find a parking place for our car. I don't know if that would have been in the case in the main season though. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the evening watching the sea and the mountain. The flat is quite spacious. Even on hot days it was cool inside. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing that bothered us a little were the matrasses (a little too soft in second bedroom). But other than that the flat was perfect for our hiking adventures. There are plenty of nature activities starting from/near by Cala Gonone. I would return to Sara's flat anytime again :) Thank you! :)

Wir waren 7 Nächte mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Kind in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Marta und Massimo haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer erreichbar. Die beiden haben uns auch auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit mehr als genossen und würden die Unterkunft auch Familie und Freunden weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Marta und Massimo!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Dame empfangen, die uns zu unserer Unterkunft geführt hat. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zwischendurch über Whats-App sehr unkompliziert und komfortabel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, dass das aufheizen des Whirlpool wirklich lange dauert. Also genug Zeit einplanen;-)

Sehr schöne und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war top sauber. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Auch die gesamte Umgebung ist entspannt, schön. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Kann man ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

I loved this place and would absolutely go back. Giuseppe was so accommodating. The view to the ocean was super peaceful. And the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after climbing. Will plan on staying again for sure!

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
