Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

My stay was excellent! The place is exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning was impeccable and all essentials were available, such as bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. The location is one of the great highlights. It is a few minutes' walk to Barra beach, in a quiet, wooded and safe region, with easy access to the subway and surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and markets. The host was extremely attentive from the moment of booking, always ready to answer questions and ensure a smooth stay. Communication was easy and cordial. I highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort, practicality and an excellent location in Rio de Janeiro. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. Ivete's service very good, and the housekeeper also very friendly. Congratulations!!! Thank you!!!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful and makes the environment extremely cozy. The air-conditioning works really well and the bed in the double bedroom is super comfortable. The whole house was super clean and organized. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking, including extra things, which surprised us. The ambient sound is a positive and very nice point. The pool was clean when we arrived and during our stay, a pool man cleaned it twice, keeping the water always clean. The lawn is very large and my dog was entertained for hours, he loved it! The house is in a neighborhood far from the center and to go to the beach you have to go by car, but nothing that bothered us. Inclusive is a very quiet neighborhood, with no noise or any problems. There is a market nearby, which we walked to. I loved the experience and plan to stay at Taquahouse again when I return to Ubatuba!

I celebrated my and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was just spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stay in. Ana gave all the tips we needed helped us with the boat and explained all the details in the house. We had an amazing fds with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back

The house is beautiful (even better than in the photos), clean, very well distributed, with large green area and super well cared for. Pool/ping pong table is great, we use it every day! We were in a group of 12 people, one of the elderly and four children between the ages of 2 and 9 years. Everyone loved the house! It is located about a 5 minute drive from the main street of Monte Verde. Rui, the host, and Keila, the manager, respond super fast and are cordial and very polite. We hired Dora as a diarist for the four days we stayed in the house. She was also always very polite and helpful. You can rent without fear!

The house is very good, great location facing the sea !!! Amazing view, really very beautiful, the house was clean, has kitchen utensils, three en-suites, the house maintenance is up to date. Checkout was flexible, we were able to leave a few hours later. Point of improvement, the house has no air-conditioning and it was needed. Next time I'll bring a few more fans. We'll be back more often

Firstly, it should be said that Ilidia is so kind! She is very easy to talk to gives you time to yourself and also to socialize if you like. She is very welcoming in her home and even helped to show around the town ! She is really amazing as is her cohost who is also very kind! The apartment itself is very airy, clean and quiet. It was a really awesome place to go for a few days. And it is really close to some amazing beaches! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon to visit! Thank you so much for everything !

We had a great experience! Gustavo was very attentive and responded quickly, making everything easier. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as in the listing. Also, the space was extremely clean and well taken care of. We recommend for sure!

The site is even better in person, extremely clean, has all the necessary kitchen utensils! I needed Cida's help to make a surprise because it was a mini honeymoon and she super requests helped me! It responds super fast. It has pharmacy and market next door and tbm is close to the beach! Me and my husband love it too much! Super recommend!!!

Magical place, hard to describe. Worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay—Christine and her team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is quite remote, so the road leading there is a bit rough, but it’s all part of the charm. Overall, we’re very grateful to have found this place. Just a heads-up for future guests: make sure to bring your own bedsheets, as they’re not provided. This was a struggle for us as we were international guests

We spent great days in the house. Very cozy. Beautiful view! Quiet and peaceful location. Great for sleeping. We took all the necessary food and drinks, but the store is a 10-minute drive away. Excellent bed and bath linens. The thermal sheet is rated a thousand. Our little dogs also had a lot of fun. We hope to come back more often.

Wonderful Cabin!!! Gorgeous! The visual, amazing. Architecture, amazing. Super clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub, it worked super well. The network for lying outside, it was the high point! With an amazing view! Quiet place. Perfect for two people. The ad said there was a minibar, but when we arrived, it was a refrigerator. Super nice surprise! Because there was the big freezer and all the food we had taken. Wonderful bed. Warm little robes. Scented Towels. And a TV at the foot of the bed, great! When we arrived in the late afternoon, it had rained a lot during the day, so the stone road to reach the hut was quite slippery. So our only tip would be: in case of rain, go with a 4x4 car, because the climbs are quite steep! The host contacted us days earlier, he explained how to get there. We passed tips on restaurants in the city, and other things. Super solicitous. Super nice stay! We love it!

Alexandre was very helpful! House is exactly the same as publication, the back of the house is a delight! The rooms meet the need, it has no air, but it has a balcony and powerful fans. All very good, we will be back for sure

The house is just like the pictures. Very nice house, airy, air-conditioning working super well, ample spaces and facilities such as market deliveries, etc. The host responds quickly and is very proactive and kind. We hired the employee he referred to help us with the cleaning, and she was great. I highly recommend it.

The location exactly matches the pictures. A cozy, comfortable place, a quiet place with a lot of nature. Whenever I needed I had quick answers, helped me find a professional who made birthday cake, we adjusted the checkin time. Anyway, a great place to stay and not worry about anything!

We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

I'd like to highlight the attention received by the hosts. Their willingness and speed in responding was excellent. The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice, neat and comfortable. And its location is perfect, one block from a beach that we found spectacular!! We'll be back for sure!!!

The reception with Mrs. Cida was punctual. The house meets the needs of the stay, well equipped and very clean in all aspects, the location is also perfect. One point to be improved: very old air conditioning, so there is a lot of noise which is annoying when resting. Overall an excellent house, we will definitely be back. Gratitude for the attention!

very good stay, local as in the photos, very complete house, clean and organized. well located near the supermarket, the center, restaurants, shops and the beach. the very helpful host and always the disposition. condominium caretaker also very polite and helpful. the only observation is that the pool is very cold is in the shade most of the day. but in general no complaints, excellent option.

The house is new, very functional and in very good taste. Excellent location, close to markets and snack bars and, at the same time, with plenty of provacity and quietness. Very close beach. I recommend and will certainly be back.
