D. Solange and Mr. Carlos are wonderful, always answering questions and communicative. The house has a beautiful view, a church in the yard, there is a very small river passing through the yard and the sound of the water at night is relaxing. We will definitely return ♥️

Cozy cottage, with all the amenities/structure needed for a quiet stay! Excellent breakfast, nice fireplace and Anna gave us all the information we needed to get to the place, good directions to the area and the necessary service throughout the stay. We will definitely return for more days of rest and tranquility.

Ana is a lovely person, she received me very well, gave me tips on where to visit and was always very proactive. Casa Toca is a very cozy place, very well decorated, very beautiful, equipped kitchen and is right in the middle of the mountains. Beautiful to see at dawn. Access is very easy, there is a dirt road but it is very quiet, a wide street with a lot of gravel. The pool is in the mountains and is very cold, lol, we had the courage to enter only on the last day. But the stay was delightful. My parents loved the place too.

What an amazing place! The house is from 1881, but it's super well maintained — it feels like you're entering another time. The house has a beautiful architecture, full of old details that have been preserved with great care. The furniture is vintage, and that makes everything even more special. It's the kind of place that makes you slow down and enjoy every corner. The river that passes near the house is a gift apart. You can walk, take a cold shower and renew your energy. And the surroundings are pure nature: there are beautiful waterfalls and the Itatiaia National Park is right there, with trails, mountains and breathtaking landscapes. It was a unique experience — perfect for those who want to disconnect, breathe fresh air and feel the living history. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Veneranda and her mother were super receptive, they sent step-by-step directions from the highway to the property, so it was super easy to get there, lots of recommendations for restaurants, markets, tourist spots. The house is exactly as advertised and very complete with bedding and towels, in the cold the couple's room has a heater, but the fireplace makes the house warm, full kitchen and outdoor area with barbecue and its utensils. We arrived and everything was clean and organized. The property was extremely well maintained, and next to the house there is a waterfall that makes a wonderful sound. Restaurants very close with good prices, it's really worth going to see the sunset and the Pico da Raposa, which is sensational, I'll be back for sure.

The place of Mr. Celso and Dona Karmen is incredible, we have already lost the accounts of how many times we have come here, without a doubt they are one of the best hosts we have ever known. Well-organized house, impeccable cleaning, very quiet, great communication with hosts who are always willing to help. For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city,the place is a perfect place to rest, and no one to hinder their rest. There is a waterfall inside the property of easy access. We were a group of friends there for a few days after Carnival. It was very relaxing and peaceful. This property is in the mountains a short drive from the city. Paraty doesn’t have Ubers, so the host connected us with drivers who took us to the city. The host was very helpful in connecting us with a chef and with a company to rent a boat. Having a chef was ideal because we didn’t have a car and wouldn’t be able to drive to a store. You will feel connected with nature and I recommend bringing bug spray. Stella was very responsive and it was everything we were looking for. The waterfall and the lake are a plus. The hose keeper was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place!! The plot of the house is wonderful, with a little river passing, animals, balls... It's great for families with kids! The chalets meet the needs of families well. We were in a group of four families and all were very comfortable. The central space is very nice to stay, however, you feel like a reality show, with lots of cameras recording everything. We talked to Alan about this, and he assured us that the images would only be accessed in case of a problem — which, fortunately, did not happen. But if you're bothered by this kind of monitoring, this hosting may not be right for you. I write this because we had not understood that the common indoor areas of the house (kitchen, dining room, pool table, barbecue, fire area, pula pula) would also be recorded. The communication with Alan was efficient, and he provided us with all the help we needed. If it weren't for the cameras, I would definitely come back many times!

We love Nicolas' space! The Orchard house has that name because it's literally in the middle of a huge orchard, full of fruit and delicious smells! Very well located! We were very welcome, the house contains everything one needs for a wonderful stay! Quiet and wonderful location for contemplation afternoons and nights around the campfire to tell stories and admire the sky! We love it, we hope to come back more often!

A weekend to cherish. Chalé Sonho Meu do Vale was the setting for one of the most special experiences we have ever had together. A gift full of love that my love prepared to celebrate his birthday, and that ended up becoming a celebration of our love. The place is magical, rustic. Surrounded by nature, with the sound of birds lulling our moments and a peace that is difficult to describe. The chalet is charming, cozy and carefully prepared in every detail. We feel at home or better, in a dream. These were days of deep connection, a lit fire, a starry sky, comfortable silence and lots of laughter. One of those places that, more than just hosting, welcomes the soul and strengthens bonds. Gratitude for this refuge. We will return, because moments like this deserve to be experienced more than once.

I was looking for something cozy with beautiful views, and that's exactly what we found. Family Fridays with fireplace, bonfire with marshmallows, barbecue. The place is charming, very well maintained, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. Cláudia is very attentive, the housekeeper is also very attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. We returned with a heart full of good memories and counting the days to return! Thanks for everything!

The farm stay is an invitation to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The surroundings are beautiful, with each window open offering a breath of nature. We spent hours watching the birds, there are a lot of toucans, hummingbirds and parakeets. And despite the countryside feel, the trip to the center takes no more than 10 minutes. Daniel and Solange are very helpful and welcoming. I've even received a birthday present (thank you again). The pool is lit up almost all day. The house is well equipped, we cook every day. The house is very spacious, good for children.

My stay at Luís's house exceeded all expectations. The space is even more beautiful than in the photos — extremely clean, organized, with a cozy decor and full of good taste. The bed is super comfortable, sheets are delightful to the touch, warm blankets, everything is super tasteful! The kitchen is equipped - great pots!! For those who like peace and quiet, the location is excellent - far from the city, but possible to come and go whenever you need (about 15 minutes by car). Very quiet and safe place. Luís was attentive, quick to respond and very kind in all interactions. Viviana (homemaker) is also very attentive and helpful. Definitely an amazing place, which I would recommend without a doubt and to which I intend to return as soon as possible.

Wonderful place and very well equipped. Amazing view of the mountain and river accessible on foot, with well demarcated trail. Probably has a little difficulty getting to the house if you don't have a 4x4 because the house is relatively isolated (about 10km of dirt road). So it's great to stay there and enjoy the space and nature. We went with two cars not 4x4 and you can get there, but the dirt road is not in very good condition and, if it rains, it can get a bit difficult, especially if you're not used to dirt road. The house is visited by Bilu and Jade, two medium-grade dogs and a small pussycat (which, for us, was not a problem because we love animals).

Wonderful place, a true haven, ideal for those who want peace and quiet. We had an amazing time! The kids loved the nature walks, picked up pine nuts and enjoyed the heated pool very much. The glazed room where the fireplace is located is special, we observed many different birds, including a pair of toucans. The land is well fenced, so our dog could run loose around the place. A 10-star rating for the attention of the caretaker, very helpful and kind.

Second time going with family to Sandra's space! The place is even more beautiful than what appears in the photos. The view, from all sides, looks like a hand-made painting and the place offers everything we need, from utensils, to the peace needed for rest. We have coffee with the cia of 2 toucans and several birds, a true refuge! It was cold, but we still enjoyed it a lot. This time only hydro was not working, but nothing that would impact our stay. I, my family and my dogs indicate this place with closed eyes, especially my dogs. Communication is fast and the place makes you feel at home.

Our lunches and breakfasts were delicious! Super recommend! The regional tb comidinhas are delicious! In addition, they picked us up from a rendezvous point, which was very good, because the way from the rendezvous point is more complicated. We went with a Honda fit, it was reasonably easy to reach the site, but with rains I think only 4x4 They also guided us to a beautiful waterfall!
