Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

The apartment is also located near other Monte Verde attractions, such as the Restaurante Giratório, the Monte Verde Distillery and the Chocolate Factory, as well as markets nearby. The space has the necessary: pots, a stove with 2 burners, an electric fryer and basic kitchen utensils. For the hydro and bath in the bathroom, you need to bring the products for use. Another important point, if the car used is a flex-fuel, make sure the starter tank has gasoline, because on cold days the car took too long to start. The bed is comfortable and has blankets and towels available as well. Everything perfect! Thank you!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Spacious, clean apartment and great location! Close to the beach, bakeries, markets, pharmacies and restaurants. It was very worth it. The only observation is that the wifi does not work inside the ape and the TV in the room does not work, which for us was not a problem. Host responds quickly and is very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

I loved everything from the host who is super nice, polite and attentive and also the apartment that is super comfortable and is in a privileged location close to the beach and many shops.
