The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.

It exceeded our expectations, cozy atmosphere and amazing surroundings! We felt at home, hosts Ana Paula and Rodrigo were totally attentive and proactive, they seem like our old friends. We also had the security of the puppy Simba, who accompanied us to all the waterfalls and escorted us. We indicate a lot and we will be back for sure.

The house is exactly like the photos, it is brand new, including furniture and utensils. The mattress is very new and comfortable and the bed and bath linens are premium line. Spotlight for cleanliness, impeccable! I'll be back for sure! Thanks to Stella and team!

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Very nice place close to several restaurants... At night we did everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The apartment is wonderful! Everything very clean, organized. The kitchen is super equipped, great bathrooms, very good rooms. The location is excellent… close to everything! I loved it and I really intend to return. Rosinei was very helpful. The caretaker Josiane was also super nice and helped us when we needed it. Note 1000!!!!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
