Very nice apartment with a great location to visit the cenotes and the lagoon, Emma's attention and the co-host at all times was excellent, I offered several options for tours and activities in Bacalar. We support for the reservation of a sailing tour which was excellent and I recommend restaurants and food services at home. I would definitely stay in their apartments again.

amazing. the house is well kept. the beds are very comfortable. super clean. climas working. the host is always available. their very friendly staff. we got the tour to the lagoon. really a pleasure to stay there. super recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a lovely, private space, exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, hot water in the shower, good AC and we did some basic cooking (although the electric hob was a little slow). The terrace and the jacuzzi were very dreamy. It was the perfect place for a couple’s getaway. The access to the lagoon was breathtaking and we really enjoyed the swimming, kayaking, and resting in the hammock on the dock. I was so impressed by how tranquil and inviting the area was. We will definitely be coming back.

We only stayed for a night, arriving late and leaving quiet early. But we appreciated the place - it had everything we needed and was close enough to the restaurant we wanted to eat atso we could walk. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We felt safe walking the 15 minutes to and from the restaurant as two female travelers. Thanks Victor for letting us stay and the clear and easy communication. Much appreciated!

It is my second time staying in Karolina's house since the first time we went very well and this second time it was not the exception, the house is cozy, clean, it has everything you need, it is close to many things and downtown. Karolina is an excellent host.

Great stay, the room is beautiful!! Everything is perfect and I loved the decor, super good taste, everything super cute and super clean!! The access to the bakal house is almost in front !! You just cross the street and there's the lagoon, I would definitely come back!! Thank you for doing our vacation amazing!! ☺️

Excellent area, the house is much larger than what you see, the cleanliness is exceptional and Osorio is an excellent person, the house has an electric gate and a beautiful style, it is full of amenities and utensils necessary for the day to day

Hilda was very attentive to our arrival and departure, we were delayed because the trip was by road and as they are working on the construction of the Mayan train it was very late to enter the house, but everything was super well, we came to a family party and it was very close to the living room, thank you very much for your attention, I would return again.
