Fabulous time in a beautiful location! Natalie was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay went flawlessly! Would rent again!

This property was perfect for our first but not last to Turks where you are living in paradise! We especially enjoyed the pool and hanging chairs. Brady was extremely easy to work with. You will absolutely need a car or make friends with a taxi company which worked great for us and felt like we had a personal driver. We did pre-negotiate our fee with him because taxis are expensive. Kitchen is not really set-up for cooking too much but there is a lovely Weber grill. Highly recommend this beach house! Beds were super comfy.

Ms Pam's home was amazing!!! She was very kind and SUPER responsive!!!! I would definitely stay there or another of her properties AGAIN. I do encourage you to rent a car or have a dedicated driver if you plan to take adventures or site see. This home is in a beautiful private neighborhood that ours amazing solitude and safety, but getting around can be difficult with out arranged transportation. Ms Pam providing many taxi and rental car resources for us and we would have been lost with our her! I can not say enough nice thinga about her and this property. JUST BOOK IT

COCODEMER, THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! WE FELT WE WERE LIVING IN A TROPICAL VILLA AS YOU SEE IN MOVIES! David and Amanda’s home is truly fantastic- a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay! – Steady cross breeze , vaulted ceilings! Furnishings & Decorations are VERY impressive ! Huge screened in covered porch overlooking a beautiful pool. Comfy seating on the porch & a large dining table for outdoor meals, we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked – it had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms are excellent – each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful, surrounded with Palms Trees , concrete deck & chairs for lounging . Marvelous property within a short walk to the amazing Grace Bay and Leeward beaches. An oasis in the middle of paradise! Quiet location! David and Amanda are the quintessential hosts! David is always reachable with an excellent response time! We will be back for several years to come! thank you David & Amanda !

We enjoyed our time at Eric's Villa 3. Overall, we were very happy and had a relaxing week. Eric is very friendly and a wonderful host. Eric's delicious pastries magically appeared on the outdoor patio table every morning. What a treat! The Villa is very peaceful and had a nice outdoor space with a refreshing pool, overlooking Long Bay. We thought the space seemed bigger than in the photos and we appreciated two bathrooms and two twin beds for our children. It was a great location, convenient to Grace Bay beaches. Very clean and functional. Nice beds; we all slept well. We felt safe and enjoyed quiet time out on the deck at night. We would definitely stay again!

My family stayed at Kumbar Villa for ten nights. It was clean, more than spacious, safe, quiet, and had everything we needed. Sushma was an amazing host; very responsive, friendly, readily available if needed, and made sure our stay was perfect. This was our 5th time on Provo. We adventure all over the island every day, but are partial to staying in Leeward and would definitely recommend staying at this villa. The beaches (duh!), snorkeling, seafood ravioli at Mango Reef, banana daiquiris at The Terrace, salmon salad at Cocovan, and daily chai lattes at Lemon 2 Go or Shay Cafe are already calling my name. Okay, maybe the Pot Cakes too. If you haven’t been to TCI, this is your warning… you WILL fall in love. It’s all so amazing and beautiful; the weather, the beaches, the locals, the culture, the drinks, the food… all of it! Thank you for the hospitality, Sushma! We can’t wait for our next trip.

We travel to Turks & Caicos a lot and Melissa home was truly a gem. Melissa home is in private peaceful location and the description was very accurate according to what’s listed on Airbnb. Her communication was on point as well. When, we return to the islands we would book her home again.

We had the best time during our stay. The villa is beautiful and has a great outdoor set up! It’s also a couple minute walk from the beach in Long Bay, which was perfect. Marciano was very responsive for any questions we had. Joseph, the man who helps with pool maintenance, was so friendly and even cut fresh coconuts off the trees for us to enjoy! 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at White Villas! The property was clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was a huge plus, and the location near Long Bay Beach was peaceful yet still close to Grace Bay and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for a relaxing and stylish getaway!

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

Our stay was amazing. The host was extremely responsive and flexible with check in when we got through customs earlier than expected. The property was spotless and looked just like the pictures. There were even some beautiful flowers added for an extra touch. Biggest issue was that this is a newly developed area so the address is not yet on the map. This made getting our drivers to find the place a little harder, but it did not take away from the amazing stay. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Katie's place. The location was private but still close to great beaches and restaurants. The place itself was clean and organized with great amenities. Katie provided great instructions/recommendations and she was very responsive. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the property. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to beautiful Turks and Caicos!

Still day dreaming of our family vacation in Turks a few weeks ago. This villa was the perfect place for our family of 4 to enjoy a relaxing morning prior to adventures and then come home and wind down with a drink on the patio. Great location, 2 minute walk to Taylor bay beach with a private trail across the street. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute!

Great host. Responds quickly if you need anything .... Very Nice and understanding.. Great location. near beach.. Very peaceful.. Although you need a car to go to other places in area,everything was a 5 minute drive away... He gets an A++

The property was very easy to find and the photos don’t do it justice! Very spacious and very beautiful views and the host was very nice and responsive.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Marta's place was just what we wanted for a nice getaway...peaceful, beautiful view of the lagoon, short drive to the beach, a great space to relax. We sat out in our own little private space/chairs each day for a bit, morning, afternoon, and night, enjoying the views and weather. Bob's Bar is a short walk away, with good food and drinks, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Marta greeted us as we drove in and showed us around the place, making sure everything was in order and that there was nothing else we needed. She also arranged a local car rental for us, which included a pickup from her spot in the end to drive us to the airport. She was an amazing host, giving us local recommendations on the first day and available the whole time for any questions. We highly recommend staying at her place, and we hope to be back ourselves!

This surpassed my expectations. It was perfect for the entire family including the kids. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

The home was amazing, just as pictured. We weren't aware to get any cell service package so reaching out to the host when we arrived was a challenge, and without wifi good luck lol, but that was more the island than the host or home. A heads up would have been good though. Leola was a great host once we got to the home and was responsive throughout. She even helped us set up a rental car and advised local hot spots to check out. The home is in a very nice upscale area away from all of the island tourists and noise and is very safe. Its a 7-15 min drive from any shopping or eating so would recommend a rental car. Definitely plan on visiting the island again and will book this place again!

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

Great experience on our family vacation where we rented both the 2 bedroom house and studio guest house. We enjoyed the area as it was peaceful and private. Long Bay beach was within walking distance but to get to most tourist locations I would recommend having a rental car. The pictures and amenities is as advertised.
