The 25 fl is much noisier than the 10 and 7 i stayed in same building. Not enough outlets for charging. No shampoo or soap provided, bring your own. 7-11 downstairs carry’s that. If you’re 6’ tall you’ll be hitting the footboard. I had to sleep diagonally. Unless you sleep with your head up to the head board? Nice gym and pool close to everything.

We had a great stay! Carl and Mary Grace were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. When we arrived, they informed us that the room we originally booked had a damaged bidet due to a previous guest. They immediately offered us an alternative room, which was just as nice. As a kind gesture, they even offered us a free night’s stay, but we opted for an anytime checkout instead — and they gladly accommodated our request. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hosts' responsiveness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The location and the amenities like the rooftop pool is amazing. Jeremy and Maam Gina are very responsive and accommodating. We highly appreciate their consideration on ang last minute changes on our booking. The room got a very nice view and the place was spacious enough to cater 3 people. Thank you!

A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay. My wife loved the kitchen the most because it is equipped with appliances such as air fryer, oven, microwave, ref. Definitely worth the price!

Considering the location- this was a steal! The unit is nestled in a convenient location with lots of things to do. I would have wished to be more specific in the listing e.g. washing machine is only for long term rental and add an iron and ironing board. Other than that, my stay was very much comfortable.

I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay at Flordelyn’s unit! The location is super convenient—right across SM City Cebu, with a coffee shop, laundry, and pharmacy all available at the Lower Ground Floor. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were just occasional delays with the elevator, but overall, highly recommended!

From check-in to check-out, this place was nothing but highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you are close to pretty much everything and the accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. All this at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10

cozy home with lots of room and very esthetically pleasing.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

Very spacious and nice place. She also accommodated our request which we are very thankful for. Very accessible especially if you plan to go around Nustar and SM Seaside. Thanks Gillian!

This was our second time booking this Airbnb, and it was just as great as the first! The place is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. One of the things we love most is the location—it’s super convenient with Bo’s Coffee and Robinsons Supermarket just a short walk away. The host is always responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again!
