The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. While we enjoyed our stay, the only downside was that the pool was not usable during our visit.

Location is a bit far from the city center but easily accessible by Grab, and the surrounding area is quiet. A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

great place for a family! the pool iwas a big hit with the kids. Franco recommended it to us because of the amount of people we have at our party and Franco's recommendation was perfect!

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

We stayed at Marybeth’s place overnight for our early next day flight. Her place is close to the airport. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The home is located in a quiet local neighborhood and, while smaller than expected, it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. There are plenty of small stores along the road, and we enjoyed trying different Filipino snacks just a short walk away. A nice café and a convenient store are only two minutes from the house, and there’s an excellent local barbershop right next to them. I recommend this home.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
