House vacation rentals in Central Visayas

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Very warmly hosted by the owners, the accommodation is perfect . Large bedroom, A/C,kitchen and independent bathroom. We were with friends who were in the other cottage . Barbecue at our disposal between the 2 houses. The environment is quiet .

Sofia's house is peaceful, safe and beautiful. There is a massage shop, a laundry shop, a fruit shop, and a delicious grilled chicken restaurant nearby. The best of them is the kindness and warmth of the owner David. He put the left luggage in the accommodation and helped us get in in good condition by running the air conditioner in advance at the time of our arrival. I would definitely come back to my Sofia's house on my next trip to Bohol.

We had an amazing experience with our accommodation. Everything easily exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. The location was perfect, and all amenities were top-notch, and we were especially impressed by the pool. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained making it a perfect spot to relax. We left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

If you are in need of a peaceful place to stay in Argao, I highly recommend this place! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach & of course the amazing place over all. No hassle & they have complete kitchen stuffs! ++++++super aesthetic ♥️

This is the gem The host is friendly and quick to answer questions. If something goes wrong at home, you don't have to worry about it. They fixed it right away. The house is really well maintained and you can feel comfortable. It feels like a luxury vacation home. Our family was happy while staying here. The bathroom shower has a filter on it. I contacted you the next day about what I missed when I checked out, and you kept it well. It was my best place to stay in Bohol.

We loved staying at Gen’s place. Everything was perfect, the location is great, and the house is huge and beautiful. Marlyn the house keeper was so helpful and friendly. Hope to be back!

The place is a great find in panglao island. Very peaceful and away but not too far from the city and tourists spots. All your needs is provided and the host is very responsive and very accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway for your family and friends. Would stay here again when i visit bohol another time.

Check In: They were kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge and we were lucky too since there’s no guests before us. Best to ask the host politely first if early check in is possible. Communication: Very responsive and helpful. Quickly replies to inquiries and concerns. Very friendly indeed and approachable. Location: Tricky to find if it’s your first time inside Lumina Homes but once you found it, it’s easy to get to upon entering the gate of Lumina Homes. Lots of stores nearby and in every block. Amenities: Considering that the place is new, it still has rooms for improvement in the long run. Take note that the home doesn’t have WiFi yet and data signal is unstable inside the house at times (not always tho). It does have the basics (Essentials for bathing, bed, electric fan, water dispenser, AC, kitchen utensils) and that was enough for us. Cleanliness: Again, given the fact that the home is still new, there were still ongoing improvements.

Hosts are very responsive. They're very attentive to our needs as well and made sure that we have a clean and comfortable place to stay in. Their place is perfect for families and large groups as it's spacious enough to accommodate more or less 10 people. We are a family of 10 and we never had any problems moving around the area. Will definitely come back here for our next trip to Bacolod ☺️

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Seaview House. Mama Rose and Bernard took good care of all our needs and responded fast to all of our requests. The house was super clean and you can’t beat the location being close to the beach…so relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. Would love to go back!

Mary Grace's place was exactly what we were looking for. This was our second month of two spent in the Philippines and our first time visiting the country. Our first month was spent in Manila (which we also enjoyed a lot), and instead of just staying in another city for a month, we saw Mary Grace's place and went for it for something different. It's in the small town of Cordova, but it's also just a ferry or taxi ride to the city of Cebu. We really appreciated seeing a new and different atmosphere in the town of Cordova while also having a peaceful home to return to. We were able to go walking and jogging all throughout the gated community. We swam in the pool for the very reasonable fee. All the neighbors were very chill and nice. We interacted most with Mary Grace and Rowena and both were very kind, friendly and helpful. The house was just like the listing, and when we needed something that wasn't there, Mary Grace made sure it was delivered to us ASAP. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property is everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. The place was neat and tidy and the stuff in the house is complete. Faith is very accommodating in answering our inquiries 💗 We did not have a hard time to book grab from our location. The subdivision also offers a rent a car in which we booked for the wedding we went to. Overall we had a super fun stay! Thank you so much Faith! 💗

My friends and I attended a wedding in Ormoc and decided to stay overnight last minute. Came across Jen’s property and we’re glad we booked it! The place is private, very spacious, and clean. Plus point for the fast and reliable wifi. All rooms have functioning ACs and we all slept comfortably. Agree with the other review that it could use more amenities, however, you could just ask the caretaker if you need something and they will provide it. Screens would be helpful too as they were mosquitoes and bugs coming in at night but other than that, the place is super nice and our stay was great! Jen is responsive and she’s a great host. Highly recommended!
