The place is exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and appliances are functioning well. WiFi connection is fine and works well. It has a pleasing view of cityscape and sea view from afar. Legitimately near Waterfront Hotel and IT Park. Host and Co-Host are responsive. Instructions are well given and easy to follow. Will definitely stay here again! The place was great! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—flat iron, blower, kitchenware, toiletries, you name it. The WiFi was super reliable too, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was how accommodating the host was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was such a nice and hassle-free stay. Definitely a 10/10 for me!

Very good, I like this lovely small condo very much, the facilities are complete and it is clean, Mike responded to the message very quickly. I wanted to stay one more night, but unfortunately there was not available. I will book it next time.

This is my second time booking Christine’s place. My first stay was back in 2022, and I promised her that when I returned to Cebu, I’d book her place again and I’m so glad I did. The 2-bedroom unit is perfect for families or groups with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. Despite being based in the UAE, Christine is incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cebu as a group! 🩷

I absolutely loved staying at Kevin’s place. I felt safe in the community. The layout and aesthetic were perfect for me. My stay there felt thoughtfully crafted: from the nice welcoming treats to Kevin’s specialized recommendations for me. There is so much great food and drink close by and walkable. I also enjoyed using the beautiful facilities, pool and well equipped gym. Kevin’s correspondence was always warm, prompt and helpful. Needless to say, I’ll be back there soon.

I've been fortunate to stay in 9 or 10 air bnbs on my visits to Cebu some less expensive,some more and some lots more and Waylons is without doubt the very best value for money . Its well furnished with a very useful kitchen,comfortable bed,reliable hot water and good aircon. If visiting Cebu you really should book this condo. All staff we dealt with from reception,maintenance or security were very helpful and accommodating. We had one very minor problem in the bathroom which Waylon dealt with in a matter of hours.Its service like this that sets them apart from the mainstream. They deserve all the complimentary reviews they have garnered. With the greatest of respect anyone who has any criticisms of this condo must be very difficult to please!

We had an excellent stay at Joan’s place. The location was private and very peaceful. Unit was enough to accommodate 4pax but can be a bit crowded if more than that. We felt right at home when we arrived because everything was clean and in good order. Plus point is you can get what you need in stores outside of the complex. I just wish we had better access to Netflix because we kept loosing the account as the TV is not part of the network.

Jerry’s place is absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, it was clear he goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a seamless experience. The condo is impeccably clean, quiet, and perfectly organized, making it a true haven in the city. Jerry’s attention to detail is unmatched—every cabinet, drawer, and switch is thoughtfully labeled, and he provides clear, comprehensive instructions for navigating both the condo itself and the surrounding area. Whether it’s finding your way around the massive tower or exploring the city, he’s made it effortless. The space feels like home, with every comfort you could possibly need, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. I honestly believe Jerry deserves to be recognized as a Superhost if he isn’t already. I can’t wait to stay here again or at any of his other Airbnb condos!

I had a fantastic stay at Arabella’s Condo - Symfoni Bossa in Cebu. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essentials. It had scenic mountain views, a bathroom with a bidet, a TV with Netflix, and a kitchen with cooking basics. Families will love the outdoor playground. Additional amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a year-round pool, gym, elevator, and paid parking. Richard was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Highly recommend for a great stay in Cebu!

Marivic’s place was the perfect home away from home. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the location, which was close to everything we wanted to see and do in Cebu City. Fantastic swimming pool on the roof. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo unit is perfectly located in ayala, we love the easy access to the mall. Great space, love the bathroom set up. Having a water dispenser is also a plus. The concierge and all staff in the building is very polite and we noticed the building is very well maintained. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great neighborhood to stay in! The neighbors were not bothersome, security guards were friendly and made sure they only allow authorized people inside the neighborhood. House Place was neat and clean. Wonderful host! We had a few light bulbs that went out and Paul immediately sent someone to fix them the very next day.

My stay at Zhen rentals place was fantastic! The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short ride to locaI attractions/ resto. Also appreciated the quick and clear communication with the host. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing 1 week stay at this property. The cleanliness of the place was top notch! Home was fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and they provided a free drinking water and even had some delivered right to our doorstep--such a thoughtful touch! We stayed with our 2 kids (2 years old and 10 months) and we were incredibly comfortable. The living room furniture was child-friendly since it doesn't have sharp edges which gave us peace of mind. The property itself was very spacious and all the water heaters in the bathrooms worked perfectly! The host even went out of her way to offer a change of bed sheets on our 4th day knowing we had an infant. I truly appreciate her kindness and she was responsive making us feel very welcome throughput our stay. Having a mini grocery store nearby was a great bonus for us. Overall, it was a fantastic, comfortable stay for our whole family and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay!

The caretaker assisted with inquiries, van rental, and tour bookings. - Check-in/Out: Smooth process, with early check-in and late check-out accommodated. House & Amenities: The house was clean, air-conditioned, and well-stocked with functional appliances (ref, stove, microwave, kitchenware). Daily water gallon provided, but a compatible dispenser would be ideal. Bathroom lacked a water heater but had an electric kettle for heating water. Toiletries, towels, and linens were sufficient. A washing machine and clothesline were available. - Environment: Located in a quiet subdivision - Accessibility: A self-drive or serviced car is recommended for getting around the island since places of interest and restaurants are scattered and far apart.
