This was the perfect base for our Venice adventure! Located in a peaceful residential area with the huge bonus of secure gated parking. The bus stop was literally a 5-minute walk away, with frequent buses taking us directly to Venice in about 20 minutes - super convenient and cost-effective compared to staying in Venice proper. We felt extremely safe, especially with the police station right next door. The neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely local feel, away from the tourist hustle. The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay.

A bright bedroom is highlighted by a spacious bed with a textured golden blanket. Natural light filters through a large window, offering views of the surrounding greenery. A simple white dressing table and mirror complement the room's modern design.

Exceptional stay!!!!........... Sun, beautiful visits to Venice and apartment could not be more pleasant. There may be a little too many people in Venice on weekends given our age (74). We recommend 200% renting the apartment of Antonio and his wife, you will not be disappointed. The apartment is 5 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes after you are in Venice as drivers are not impacted by any speed limit. In addition, the apartment is exempt from tax for visitors because it is licensed, and have been often checked in Venice. We thank Antonio and his wife for their very warm welcome as well as the surprise of the gift when we left. BOGO family from Bordeaux.

Very clean apartment, in almost all bright spaces, everywhere pleasant and equipped with all the necessary accessories. If we have to return to Treviso, we will probably ask for the same apartment again. City crossed by many canals, the presence of water mills embellished by various neighborhoods. Old town all within walking distance. I suggest learning about cultural events before departure, so I can plan. Well-stocked supermarkets. Good-quality restaurants. Kindness from the Trevisans when asking for information on the street. I would like to recommend a visit to the Vajont Dam, with attention to what the guides told about the events of 1963.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for those visiting Venice. Thanks Erika for all your help!! Jophy George

It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter;) You get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her place to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great 1 night stay at Antonella’s. Beautiful location within in Prosecco hills. Kids loved the garden and chickens:) locally walkable restaurant and bar. Apartment was huge and kept in a spotless shape. Antonella even prepared a cot for our baby! Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Giovanna's. The house is well renovated and very clean. Giovanna gave us lots of tour recommendations, was very responsive and even proactive for all the little things to manage. The garden is very large and very pleasant. It was a pleasant stay at Daniela's apartment who welcomed us warmly and took care of us when we arrived. A very clean and functional apartment very well connected a few minutes from the tram to Venice which made it easy for us to get around. Daniela's apartment is located in Mestre in a residential area close to very nice shops and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this listing!! Excellent stay, in every way. Our arrival was facilitated because we were a little early and Maria Valeria was very responsive to welcome us earlier. The recommendations of things to do nearby were perfect, the accommodation was ideal, we felt right at home. The Prato della Valle just next door is a dynamic and very beautiful neighborhood.
