This beautiful, rustic retreat was all we hoped for and more. Set on a peaceful, quiet setting, we enjoyed the sounds of country life and spring sunsets. Everything you need to relax is right here. Mondica thought of everything to take care of her guests.

We have stayed here before and it was as great as before. Location is great. There is a park across the street and restaurants close by. The road has little traffic. The bed is very comfy and the house is wonderfully functional and furnished.

I have travelled all over the us. This was by far the best stay I’ve had. Amazing space, exceptionally responsive,kind, helpful host. Response times for every request were immediate every time. Just a warm, delightful stay. I wish every host was as amazing as Jael! Def recommend!!

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

Such a beautiful house for my girls and I to stay in the night before I got MARRIED!! The upstairs “glam” area was perfect for us to get ready in. My only regret was that we didn’t stay here longer to get to enjoy everything it had to offer!!

I can’t tell you how much my family and I needed this stay. Valerie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s honestly THE cutest, most homey, and expertly decorated Airbnb I’ve ever been to! Just the little details of the candle light, to the absolutely beautiful countertops, the shower soap, the little basket and note left on the table, and the cute kids toys that both my boys loved. Breathtaking and even more beautiful than the pictures, and the pictures are gorgeous! HIGHLY recommend!

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were greeted by Vivian was hospitable. She has opened the door and gave clear instructions on what to expect and how to leave the place up our departure. I would reserve a stay here again if we visit family in MO. Thank you Vivian for making our stay very comfortable!

This house was perfect for us! We were in Sedalia for a funeral and this was just the most peaceful and quiet place for us to unwind and relax. Tammy helped us get another night so we wouldn’t have to leave for a 1:30 pm funeral at 10am and we would have a quiet place to return to after the funeral. The Vivian Irene Suite was adorable and very clean. It had so much beautiful historic charm. We loved our stay. We were in town celebrating our anniversary, we started with spa services at the Elms and had dinner at Ventana. The restaurant was a short lovely walk from the suite, there were several other restaurants and bars to choose from in walking distance. We could hear some street noise from people walking downtown / leaving bars later in the evening but nothing too bad and felt it was to be expected with the downtown location and a historic building. The space is perfect for a couples night/weekend away. Robin gave detailed instructions on how to get on before our arrival.
