Monthly Rentals in Concord

I spent 3 nights here while visiting Staten Island unexpectedly for a family situation. The location was great, only 3 blocks to the best bakery on the Island (Royal Crown). The street was very quiet and felt safe. Lots of parking. The unit is a standalone (no shared walls), so it was very quiet. It was also very clean. I was up and out early each day and home late, so didn't get a chance to cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and was clean. If you are looking for something small and basic, I would recommend it.

Hans was an amazing host, the home was beautiful and unique and we loved the charm of the architecture. Very thoughtful amenities in the room and bathroom and exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Staten Island. Thank you and we would love to stay again the next time we come to town.

We had a great time in New York City. Linda's apartment was very clean and comfortable. She was very friendly and helpful and it was easy to communicate with her. There was a busstation around the corner with a frequent service to Staten Island Ferry. The ferry takes about 25 minutes to Manhatten with a great view of the Statue of Liberty and the skyline. Linda's apartment is a good and cheaper alternative to the hotels in the city center. Linda, thank you very much.

Honestly Susanna’s place is just as amazing as she is !! She’s truly the best host I’ve ever had on airbnb. Her spot was perfect for my sisters and I. There’s a grocery store near by, bus stops right by the house and her place has literally everything a person needs . Honestly love this place & Susanna ! 😭✨if I could give 10 stars I would.
