This was our first AirBnB experience and it set an incredible benchmark. Martha and Pat are not only amazing hosts with beautiful hosting facilities, they go out of their way to make you feel at home and to help you in any way they can. We arrived much later than expected due to unanticipated delays, yet were accommodated with no issues. Martha very kindly also arranged dinner for us given how late we had arrived after a flight of almost 25 hours. We really loved their home, their hospitality and their company. There is absolutely nothing at all my family or I could fault. More so given how much Martha and Pat went out of their way to help us, make us feel at home and accommodating all our needs and requirements. Truly an amazing couple and a privilege to have been able to enjoy an incredible stay with them while visiting New York City.

Nice place, very homey. Looked just like photos. Great privacy and walkable distance to nearby convenience stores. Host was responsive and accommodating. Host provided snacks and TV making our stay very relaxing.

Another great stay in this fantastic rental near the Staten Island ferry terminal! The place was spotless, secure, and easy to find. The location is super convenient for ferry access and getting around the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
