The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

Absolutely loved our stay here, such a beautiful house, so pretty and clean. Lovely area, so peaceful. It was lovely to sit outside in the garden around the pool. The sauna was the best part, incredible! The bed was really comfortable. The washing machine wasn’t working so Deborah kindly offered to wash our clothes for us, she was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Verona ☺️

The hosts (and their daughter) were very nice: it was easy to communicate with them, despite the language barrier online and in person. The unit was very pretty, had an old school charm and was very big and spacious! The pool was also very nice! Sure, it was in an industrial area with a lot of mosquitoes, but there was mosquito netting all around the house, except in the entrance. Thanks for the stay!

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

It’s a very comfortable apartment for 8 people, close to Venice—just 17 minutes away by bus. You can take bus number 6 and you’ll be in Venice. There are supermarkets nearby and a few shops around. And for me, the most important thing was the cleanliness—everything was clean: sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils. And Viorica was super kind and helpful, she assisted us with everything. Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We stayed with Roberto for 5 nights and had a wonderful holiday. The house is perfectly located in the old town, everything is within walking distance. The kids loved the big bunk bed, everything was totally clean and lovingly prepared. Roberto gave us a flexible check-in, responded instantly to all questions, and even escorted us to the parking lot. He also had great tips for us. Barbara’s place is an ideal stay for Venice. It is tucked away so you’re not in the busiest areas, but still close enough where everything is walkable. We slept really well and enjoyed the unique bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!!

Kristin was an amazing host! She was able to accommodate us right on the spot as our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled. She provided lots of information for local areas as well as the islands we had planned to see. She was even helping me out with my flat tire issues on the highway after I left her place, she was so kind and provided me with helpful information and contact person to get help…most importantly she wanted to make sure we were safe and I appreciated that. I’d definitely stay at Kristin’s house again and recommend to book her place if you want to see Venice and the islands.

This Airbnb was very comfortable. It was down the block from a bus stop that took us straight to Venice. It was very convenient. The host was also easy to communicate with. She waited for us to arrive and provided the necessary instructions for the home. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay for a week. Simple but complete furniture, airco and everything we needed. Very kind hosts and good location to visit the beach and towns in the area. Massimo had some great tips for beaches and things to do.

The location is great – quiet and charming and close to everything you need. Also very close to Piazzale Roma and therefore easily accessible. The apartment is new, very clean and lovingly furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We were there with our 5 year old son, the stairs were no problem for us – but with smaller children this could be difficult. Sara was easily accessible at all times and very helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Very spacious house with many rooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space to park multiple cars. Friendly and helpful host, he provided us with a lot of information about beautiful places to visit nearby.

This landlord really deserves to be 100% the Airbnb guest favorite. Super large, clean and lovingly furnished terraced house. Everything is GREAT !!! Only two alleys to the shopping street and beach. Very quiet as it is a dead end. Thank you very much Stefania and Adelio.

Unusual to find a small house with a garden like this in Venice. The check in was easy, Afra and her friend Barbara were very concerned with making sure that we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations. The house is clean and spacious just a few minutes walk from Palanca stop in a very quiet location. The garden is a sun trap and very welcome as a quiet place to sit away from the hustle & bustle of Venice.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you
