Vacation rentals with a patio in Colomitos Beach

This place to me is a "diamond in the rough". Once you enter the big brown door you are greeted with lush greenery and palm trees and flowers and green grass and stone arrangements and gobs of giant potted tropical plants. Divine! The Casita is well appointed for my simple needs; the bed is very comfortable, the A/C works great, and the overhead fan is well positioned. Shari has gone to a lot of trouble to make the place super cozy. A great retreat because it is so quiet and peaceful. She was always helpful with information about the environs; also available for a ride to the grocery store. Her place is up a steep hill and not so easy to walk if you have any walking problems. But all in all I found this a delightful place to kick back and be free from touristy distractions!!!

I felt like the house! It's just like it looks in the photos, and it's even more than I expected! The house (upper floor) has privacy, everything is very comfortable, mattresses, everything is of quality, the house has very good finishes, the kitchen is very well equipped with microwave oven, toaster oven, blender, electric tea maker, coffee maker etc… the balconies are very spacious and with excellent view, the pool practically private and with warm water, we made use of the garage and it was very comfortable, practical. The area is very nice and with many restaurants around! Even a block and a half there is an Oxxo and a washed car, it is close to Aramara market, sams and cosco. As for the beach, the one that is close and comfortable with bathrooms, parking and everything is Playa shrimp, there they rent a table with beds and umbrella and you can bring your ice maker. Fluvial Vallarta has it all, the house is very close to pharmacies and all the services, I found it very nice, comfortable, safe! The dog didn't bother us

Brian and team are amazing! Brian is incredibly accessibly and attentive and prioritizes exceeding your expectations. The unit is sufficient, clean, fully stocked with a toiletries and extra towels and filled with natural light. The building's roof lives up to expectations (though the pool isn't heated.....yet). offering yummy drinks and lots of opportunities to meet new people. The gym is also well stocked so you could skip a big apple pass if you wanted to. Easily one of the best stays you'll have in PV.

It's a very well located apartment, excellent host service, very nice from start to finish, very clean and in good condition, we loved it without thinking about it we would return ! 🙌🏼

This location is super convenient within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and the beach. It is close to the action but off the main busy road and away from the noise. There was a rooster who served as our alarm clock each morning but it didn’t bother us. Made it interesting :)

Beautiful modern apartment with a king-sized bed and rooftop pool with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Chris and Karla are the host and hostess with the mostest. I stayed at their place for an entire month, and it was very well stocked with everything I could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which I got a lot of use of. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby if you’re like me and don’t like to cook too much. I highly recommend Tacoquila & Market next door, where I would buy daily necessities and had some of the freshest and most flavorful guacamole and tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Jackson is a great chef and bartender. Polo, who helps manage the apartment, was super helpful. The neighbors are all lovely too. 10/10 highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

We have such a good time staying here! The view was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the location was just removed enough from the excitement of PV. The house is beautifully decorated. We ended up spending most of our vacation at the home because of the incredible ambiance. It has so much charm and character. We will absolutely be staying here again. The walk down into Zona Romántica was very easy and quick. It’s a big hill, but still accessible for going up and down. We often took an uber back up from the city center. The host was very communicative and responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out on a Friday night, and he was there within minutes to let us back in. We were really grateful. Overall we felt welcomed and had a beautiful vacation thanks to this airbnb. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent place, I had all the amenities, maximum cleanliness, the house is spectacular, I highly recommend it, my only recommendation would be that they will grant the access card to the fractionation, because between entrances and exits it is very inconvenient to be always giving the information to the loyal guards because they were always different, out of there, 100% an excellent place

Location is great. Quick walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet, secure building. Loved the rooftop pool lounge area. Bed, linens and furnishings are comfortable. Todd and Patrick are friendly, responsive hosts. Would definitely return and recommend.

Unfortunately, the A/C has been working poorly since our arrival, and we were told that it would be fixed promptly. Well, we stayed seven days and never got fixed. As you can understand, the weather in Puerto Vallarta is very hot and humid during this season, so neither is to say that besides this mishap that caused miserably sleeping nights, everything else was Fantastic! I strongly recommend this place. Just make sure the A/C is truly working, and you will have found the best deal in town. Alex M.

It is a very comfortable accommodation

We had a great time at this property, we really liked the size of the apartment, it is quite spacious and well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice and there are several areas to have a good time. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Rondy and Fred’s condo before so we were happy that it was available for our vacation. Everything about our stay was great! Any issue we had was addressed in minutes. Both Rondy and Fred are friendly and take their role as hosts very seriously. We hope to be back!
