Great location! The beach was two blocks away and the sunset views were amazing. Alfredo was great and very friendly. He was there to greet us when we arrived. Gilles was very helpful and great with instructions to get there. We had an amazing time here!

Victor’s place was easy to find, spacious, and extremely clean! He was quick to reply to any questions we had and gave wonderful recommendations on places to eat, tours, etc. Would stay here again!

Just a great little place very near the beach you can even come back to the room to get a beer… Great location near the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are. We stayed in the Primavera room and enjoyed the shared outdoor dinning table (to ourselves). Just a little drawback it was quite noisy on Saturday evening, but quiet the rest of the time. I suggest to go out on Saturday and stay up late… a few construction project around the house but not too disturbing. All in all a great stay and the hosts are very friendly and helpful we arrived early and they hurried to clean up the room for us. Great service. The trim was equipped with all we needed… thanks!!!

Such a great place. Great neighborhood in the Centro district, close to everything. The view from the terrace is truly outstanding. As is the pool. It's a fantastic place to lounge about on a hot day (or any day). The room itself is nice too, with a great bed and a small little deck that looks up into the verdant hillside. You get a continental breakfast every morning on the terrace, which is lovely. There are some very basic cooking supplies in the room and up on the terrace, but they clearly don't mean for you to do much beyond heating up some water. Yes it's a climb from the Malecon, but it's worth it. You ascend a gorgeous set of stairs on the way up, and if it's really an issue, cabs are plentiful and cheap. I will say it's pretty loud there. Between the church bells, the nearby construction (when we were there at least), and the general city noise, you'll want to have earplugs handy. But overall, a wonderful experience for the price.

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

Our last day in Chimo, I cried watching the sun set over the green mountains, leaving a purple and orange splash on the sky. How could we leave paradise? We were only there for a week but the place and its people had left an indelible mark on our hearts. We even made a new friend in Rocky, the faithful dog who guided us back to our cabana each night and stood guard by the door. Chimo is not PV. It is something far more profound. This secluded fishing village is undoubtedly worth the journey. The people are united and take care of each other. You will see the entire ocean when you wake up and fall asleep to the crashing waves below. Maria will cook for you, better than any Mexican food you’ve ever had. You can eat fish tacos, ceviche, or aguachiles from that morning’s catch. You can taste raicilla from the agave farm down the road, and drink it with limes from the garden. You have entered heaven on earth. The hosts will make sure you have everything you need. I wish I could say more.

We stayed at Lourdes’ place for 9 nights - everything was as describe - spectacular view - pool was a really welcome feature, comfortable beds, beautiful location perched right next to the jungle and on a hillside overlooking the ocean and Los Arcos. We bussed alot, & the walk up and down the hill was welcome -although taxis and Ubers are happy to pick you up/drop you off at the house. Saw many birds, iguanas and coatis (pizote?) at very close range - magical! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a nice feature too. The weekday nights were peaceful - looking out over the twinkling lights and stars. On the weekends, some of the houses above were rented out for parties so it was very ‘lively’ - but the quiet resumed just after 11 PM. Lourdes and the person who stayed on the property were kind and attentive to our needs. Would recommend for large families looking to not stay in the city, who like to spend some time at home hanging out with a beautiful view. Thanks so much Lourdes!

Steven was very helpful and considerate. My companion has limited mobility so he arranged motor transportation to and from the dock to the house. He checked in with us to make sure all was ok. He and his wife were friendly and also gave us space to explore on our own. Wonderful host!

This is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and I've been on the platform over 9 years! It was incredibly clean, extremely comfortable and had everything a guest could ever need in a home. It was an excellent choice for a group of 7 - we all had plenty of space to have meals and sit together both inside and outside. The pool was beautiful, private and so clean. There were extra chairs, umbrellas and lots of inner tubes to play outside. We cooked some meals in the fully stocked kitchen and it truly had everything you could dream of needing, even down to decorative straws and cups. Jeffry was a phenomenal host all the way around and we also appreciated having Yesenia, the cleaner in the mornings. This far exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return.

Casa Deo was wonderful. We were a group of 4 and the location was perfect to walk to restaurants downtown and in the marina. Very clean and well appointed. The check in was easy and the property manager was quick at answering any questions we had. Pool area was quiet and the island was very secure with two guard gates. Would definitely come back on our next stay in the PV area.

JB was a great host and very responsive. His place is beautiful, spacious, and has amazing views. The amenities are top notch. JB gave an extensive list of recommendations of the area that were all fantastic.

The loft is quite nice, modern, clean and with very avant-garde finishes. The amenities of the residential complex are upscale and clean. Safe and private beach access in Riviera Nayarit. Nicole is an excellent host and very attentive to needs during the stay.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. This Airbnb is pristine and its location is amazing. Breathtaking views from the balcony and rooftop and easy walking access to both the beach and restaurants. Would stay again any time.

We loved our stay at Albert’s place. The surroundings were beautiful, even better than we expected from the pics. With the open air setup it felt like you could walk right into the bay. The sound of the ocean added a peaceful calm throughout the unit. With 3 pools and 2 hot tubs on site there was always a great scenic place to land. The restaurant and bar had great food and drinks and excellent service. There was also access to a secluded beach and easy walk to plenty of restaurants and activities in PV. Albert was responsive from the time of booking through checkout and made everything very easy. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Isela was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and ready to answer any questions. We have stayed many times in Nuevo Vallarta and this was our favorite location. We could walk to Bucerías and to La Comer for groceries. Isela’s place is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for wonderful vacation. We hope to come again!

Just returned from our 6th visit to Casa Ke’aku. Rafael and Jafred are exceptional hosts - they responded within minutes to every message and even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday experience I wasn't expecting. Their attention to detail made the stay feel truly luxurious. The condo itself is beautifully designed and has everything you need (great coffee too). The new living room sofa was perfect for lounging after beach days, and we loved having movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, though we mostly enjoyed the incredible restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop is definitely a highlight - We spent every evening watching the sunset from the infinity pool, hot tub or one of the cabana beds. The views of Banderas Bay are unreal, especially at golden hour. I also used the gym daily - it's well-equipped with a modern Equinox like design. We’re already looking forward to our next visit in May.
