Vacation rentals with beach access in Colomitos Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Namaste. The penthouse is comfortable, clean and has a good view. Check in was easy and the location is fantastic, far enough out of town to not hear the constant noise and a 3 min walk into town. We absolutely will stay here again when we are back in Sayulita!

Victor’s place was easy to find, spacious, and extremely clean! He was quick to reply to any questions we had and gave wonderful recommendations on places to eat, tours, etc. Would stay here again!

Just a great little place very near the beach you can even come back to the room to get a beer… Great location near the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are. We stayed in the Primavera room and enjoyed the shared outdoor dinning table (to ourselves). Just a little drawback it was quite noisy on Saturday evening, but quiet the rest of the time. I suggest to go out on Saturday and stay up late… a few construction project around the house but not too disturbing. All in all a great stay and the hosts are very friendly and helpful we arrived early and they hurried to clean up the room for us. Great service. The trim was equipped with all we needed… thanks!!!

The unit looked exactly like the pictures. They have done a great job with the updates and everything was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a pool and the beach is within a block. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there is information on where the grocery store and amenities are located in relation to the unit. It is a lively area but quite at night. The host was amazing with well detailed instructions prior to arrival, extremely responsive and it seemed every detail was well thought through. There were recommendations of restaurants, etc. nearby. Everyone we dealt with was warm and made us feel welcomed and for the area I felt the price was reasonable. I would book here again if I return to the area.

Such a great place. Great neighborhood in the Centro district, close to everything. The view from the terrace is truly outstanding. As is the pool. It's a fantastic place to lounge about on a hot day (or any day). The room itself is nice too, with a great bed and a small little deck that looks up into the verdant hillside. You get a continental breakfast every morning on the terrace, which is lovely. There are some very basic cooking supplies in the room and up on the terrace, but they clearly don't mean for you to do much beyond heating up some water. Yes it's a climb from the Malecon, but it's worth it. You ascend a gorgeous set of stairs on the way up, and if it's really an issue, cabs are plentiful and cheap. I will say it's pretty loud there. Between the church bells, the nearby construction (when we were there at least), and the general city noise, you'll want to have earplugs handy. But overall, a wonderful experience for the price.

Had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta! Angelica was a wonderful host. The location is right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Love hearing the waves from the ocean. Beautiful views and sunsets. The Barracuda restaurant downstairs is a great place to have a meal and drinks while watching the sunsets. Very good value. Can’t beat the location.

We had an amazing time at Rosalva’s home! She was a tremendous host who is super responsive, a great communicator and went above and beyond to ensure our check in, stay and check out was seamless and easy. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and was always quick to return calls and texts and made some awesome recommendations for different restaurants and activities for us. The home is exactly like the posting and has all necessary amenities. The house is perfect for a family and right in the middle of town. Some fantastic restaurants, bars and nightclubs all within a 5-10 min walk from the front door. The Malecon (boardwalk) is a 2-3 min walk away and provides access to even more restaurants, beach access, flea markets and all the great local spots. You will not see a more beautiful sunset than the one from the deck at this home!! All-in-all an absolutely incredible stay with Rosalva and highly recommend her and her home! Can’t wait to come back and stay!

Pedro’s place has a beautiful view of the beach. He had the outdoor pool/tub running when we arrived. The house was clean. Most importantly Pedro arranged someone to pick up after arriving to Yelapa. This was a massive help as I was with my grandad. Pedro was very friendly and close by. If you want a little piece of heaven then try Pedro’s Airbnb out.

We really really enjoyed this stay. Beautiful ocean views, quiet, and easy walking access to a long sandy beach. If you are looking are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of other busy towns in this area and like peace and quiet, I would highly recommend Rosario’s place.

This place was amazing. It fit 12 people easily and was super close to town. It was a 3 to 8 minute walk to the beach and probably a 4 minute walk to town. The restaurant options are amazing close by. All the privacy that you want but super close to town and the beach. There are a bit of stairs and the hills are steep on the 3 min walk to beach/town, but did not cause any issues for our younger family members. My parents who were 70+ used a golf cart. We would definitely come back!

This was a perfect week stay for my family of six and two grandkids. The grandkids were entertained, either in the pool for hours or at the beach a couple blocks away! We all danced, played games, and enjoyed great food. It was a perfect stay for spending quality family time and enjoying the Mexican culture and food nearby. Very beautiful place to stay and beds were heavenly. Unfortunately one of us slipped on the steep wet stairs coming from the small casita, and suffered a few bruised bones. So just be careful!

Great place!! The hill looks steeper/worse than it is, we loved the location and all the sunshine and views. Greg was a great host and super responsive. We had an issue with our water dispenser one morning and Greg s team was knocking on the door to help within 10 minutes! Laundry service by Debra was so easy (gets washed, folded, and delivered right to you). Sayulita is a small town and there is live music/loud music every single night, which can be heard from the Airbnb until late into the night despite being fairly tucked away from the commotion but that did not bother us. AC worked great, lots of hot water and all the things we might have needed during our stay.

4th time in Puerto vallarta. this time we came with a group of 8 others. this house was perfect and we were all comfortable. it is on a hill so walking back to it can get tough. but not too bad. users are very affordable. overall it was everything we expected!

If I would stay with Elena again and I recommend her completely, Elena and Félix are very friendly. Thank you for everything. See you soon!

My stay in Patricia's condo was great. The condo and building are beautiful. The rooftop pool was super fun. The condo is also located in a great location in Zome Romántica with a lot to do in every direction. The kitchen also had all the necessities for a longer stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Peter and Leo were amazing hosts. Gave great directions and everyone at the place was super helpful and amazing. I love Vallarta have been here many times….. but the views is what keeps me coming back and Peter and Leo have the best place for the views. Thank you for sharing your home

We had such an amazing stay at Alonso’s condo. The space was perfect, mondern, clean and sooooo close to everything. The staff was incredible and so so friendly. We are fellow Airbnb hosts and recognize how much effort and attention goes into Alonso’s communication. He is honestly one of the best hosts we’ve come across. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in PV.

I am awkwardly cautious in writing this review of unit 2B. I am concerned that if I express my true sentiments about unit 2B John might raised the rates and it will no longer be affordable. This was my third stay at Indah Sayan previously 4C (Host) 9C (Guest)... I will now always stay at Indah Sayan when visiting PV. For Me and my three Guest 2B was the absolute perfect unit!!! A Corner unit with panoramic spectacular vista's all around!!! The layout of the unit provides individual privacy with elegant spaciousness. The convenience of the unit across from the entrance foyer for easy access to and from; chauffeured and walking; shopping and package delivery; watching for transportation arrival, etc. etc. etc. I also had an additional Bedroom Suite in the extension part of Indah for one of my guest which worked out beautifully; they went there to sleep only twice out of the five days and crashed on the luscious couch the other days. 2B is the suite for Me. Please no price hike!

Fantastic stay in the Zona Romantica! Spotless property inside a great building with a rooftop pool in easy walking distance from so many excellent restaurants/shops/bars/the beach. A prime property in a prime location!
