We loved our stay at Casa Dolce Aria over Xmas and New Years. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the countryside far and wide. The house itself was warm and inviting and had everything we needed for our stay. As my family lives very close, we had wonderful opportunities to entertain them for apericena and evening card games. Andrew is a charming and reactive host!

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Very relaxing stay, extremely kind and helpful hosts and staff. Beautiful olive garden, ideal for children and animals. Always clean and clear pool. The apartments are well-kept and well-equipped. Highly recommended for couples with children and pets.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. I had a wonderful stay with my friends in a beautiful house located in Castelli, near the Gran Sasso National Park. The house was really nice and cozy, but what impressed us the most was the garden. With breathtaking mountain views, we spent many hours chatting and relaxing in the open air. The owner lady was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy the beauty of nature. We will definitely be back!
