Villa Di Geggiano is an absolutely incredible place to stay in Tuscany. Andrea was a gracious and very accommodating host. The guesthouse was perfect for our group of four adults, very clean and spacious. The location and setting was perfect, Siena was a quick drive for dinners, groceries, etc. Andrea took us on a tour of the Villa, which was amazing and I highly recommend it.

A truly outstanding host, a stunning property, a beautiful setting. Luisa is a special host. This was our second time staying at her wonderful home and it was the most amazing stay. We came to disconnect and for our young son to learn about the natural surroundings that Tuscany can offer. We got everything we wanted and more. We had home made cakes delivered to us. We spent time with Luisa in the properties grounds, where she taught us about the surroundings and allowed my young son to take part in feeding the animals and enjoying time with her pets. The setting is out of this world, a micro climate where you can disconnect from the world, but you are only 10 minutes drive away from a great town that has everything that you will need. Thankyou Sylvia and Stefano for a wonderful 6 day stay. It was peaceful and tranquil with amazing views over the countryside. It is so close to explore in both directions the Val d’Orcia area. San Quirico has a supermarket that closes between 1.30pm and 4pm. Make sure you buy your supplies around these times. We loved our 6 day stay. A perfect amount of time to relax in the countryside and explore.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.

A great place to spend some quiet time. (The wifi is weak, so it's automatic.) It was warm in my body and mind with a pretty garden and fireplace. Vintage furniture and bathrooms are decorated. Morning Manzanon Organic Bulle Gail Nono Doris was a gracious host.

This farmhouse is like a dream in the Tuscany countryside. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the best place.Christina was very attentive and waited to our us in town so that we did not get lost. She had everything we needed and explained the house in great detail. It was truly perfect.

Luca and Lasma are some of the warmest and most welcoming people we've ever met. Traveling with two young children can be a challenge, but Luca ensured his place was perfectly suited for us before accepting our request. The space is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. In the morning, the living room is flooded with natural light, and at night, you can see the sky is a breathtaking canvas of stars at the door. Our two-year-old was overjoyed to spend time with the outdoor cats. Luca even arranged a private olive oil production tour for us, which was an incredibly insightful experience. Overall, our stay was absolutely delightful. We can't thank Luca and his partner enough for their hospitality.

This is one of my favorite places to stay! I would come back again and again if I wasn’t going away. The place was adorable and so beautiful. Try getting there while the sun is still out so you can admire the beautiful surroundings. She was an amazing host and gave lots of recommendations and was always responsive!

We've been in a lot of Airbnb listings, but it was the best of them. Simona and Caterina were very kind, helpful, as if we were friends. The house is wonderful, old, authentic, warm atmosphere. We were a bit involved in the life of the small town. The place is very calm and the surroundings of the house and the whole settlement are really nice. And there are nice places and the sea close by. Thank you so much for everything, it would be nice to come back again. I would really recommend it to anyone who loves Tuscany, Italy, Italians.
