It is two Beautiful blocks to a public beach access and six blocks to Coligny Circle. The house is located on an island.100% refunds for Category 2 storms or higher. Otherwise, cancellation policy holds. Host is only responsible to access of property from I-95. Also cannot guarantee condition of amenities: grills, bikes, clutter etc.

Nicely updated villa located on HHI's South Forest Beach, near Coligny Plaza. This brightly decorated, 1,210 sq ft villa is on top floor (5th), 2 bedrooms ( 1 king, 2 queen beds), 2 baths, and a full size pull-out sofa in the den. Spacious inside can be divided for two families. OceanWalk has 2 pools-outdoor & indoor, hot tub, tennis and pickball courts. A quick 5-7 minute walk to beach, directly across the street. PLEASE NOTE: Indoor pool area closed 6/25-7/30.

Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.
