Condo vacation rentals in Colico

Our stay at Enzo and Maddie's place was perfect! The location is ideal for shining in the different places to visit on Lake Como. Proximity to Bellagio is a big plus. The apartment is cozy and very clean with all the necessities at your disposal. Enzo and Maddie are very responsive hosts and communication was very quick and easy whenever we needed it. We recommend it!

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

From the very start Verena made our stay perfect. She drove out of her way with her adorable dog to collect us from the train station and take us to our beautiful accommodation. It was so comfortable and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything. And the perfect weather made our stay the highlight of our trip!

Great stay in Argegno ! The apartment is very convenient, directly in the village center, close to bus and boat station as well as cafes and restaurants. Good bedding and the parking spot is convenient to avoid paying public parking. I will come back :)

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had a problem with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without a problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and hassle-free street parking. The location is conveniently located for visiting Milan and the lake district. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the hospitality, communication, availability and kindness of Alessio... the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio, bus stop nearby, pier not far but you have to go down and up the 300 steps of stairs 😊 In summary: great vacation at Lake Como.

Very fresh and good accommodation with very nice and helpful host. Domaso is a small and quiet village, a good restaurant right across the street, more within a short distance. Operated main street directly outside but the home itself still protected. Nice pool, good beach and swimming in river in walking distance.

We had a lovely time at Alexey’s apartment! He was a great host and the apartment was above and beyond, with little extras like spare sun lotion and coffee pods for guests! Thank you for having us!

Davide is an exceptional host! He offered us the unit early (even though we couldn't get there early, it was a nice gesture) and the fireplace was on when we arrived. The apartment has everything one would need. We cooked all our meals there and it was completely fine. Short walk into town means you're closeby all the amenities of the small town. Great place to enjoy Lake Como!

You feel right at home in Roberto's casa. It is very cozy and rustically furnished and you will find everything you need. A highlight: the great oven!

The place is spacious with clean. the location is great just couple of minutes walk to the city center and also close to the park where we can walk our dog. Francesca is really helpful. she have all the tips and recommendations which are all useful. we highly recommend the place!!!

Lovely place to which every day it was great to come back, close to the town and train station. Very nice hosts, ready to help with any situation with a high level of communication. Definitely worth recommending.

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrin's place. You don't actually need more than this view from the balcony, but also the rest of the apartment is nice and well decorated. See you soon, hopefully!

Davide and Benedicta were amazing hosts and their place is fabulous! Highly recommend if staying in the Lake Como area. They were so kind when I wasn’t feeling well in assisting me with finding a pharmacy and even making a call for me. They also helped when I had questions about the ferries. True gems of hosts and a lovely cozy place to stay.

A very nice small clean place with beautiful views over Lake Como. Very easy to reach by car. We traveled as a friendly couple and had a great stay. The property has everything and nothing is missing. The promenade and the harbor of Menaggio are very easy to reach on foot to explore the other places on Lake Como or to unwind and have a good time. The view from the roof of the house is fantastic and Michael and Alice provided us with a travel guide or answered our questions very quickly so that we could have a nice stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing time.
