We had a wonderful stay! Jacob was extremely responsive. Lesley and William were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You can sit outside and eat if the weather is good - the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend, including for those who want a peaceful break :)

The accommodation was extremely comfortable, clean, peaceful and private - ideal for visiting the area. The host was very considerate, kind and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Jo’s place. There are so many lovely walks you can do without driving anywhere as this is right on Ashdown Forest. The place itself was absolutely lovely. The most comfortable bed and very tastefully furnished and clean. A real home from home! It was lovely to meet Jo and we will definitely come back!

Keeper’s Cottage is just so serene and beautiful. If I owned the cottage, I don’t think I could be generous enough to share it! I have serious garden envy but then when we stayed it was a carpet of bluebells and the birdsong was delightful. The cottage is quirky and the stairs absolutely add to the fun. It was beautifully presented, full of natural light and it a great spot for exploring the nearby countryside. Soujata was a great host, responded swiftly and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!
