Perfect and comfortable accomodation, easy drive on bikes to the beach, quite location. We really enjoyed stayed there.

Very nice accommodation, on 2 levels, well maintained, with attention to the smallest details with taste and personality. Unfortunately, the stay was short, not being on vacation, so I could not take advantage of all the amenities that the accommodation is equipped with. My wife and I, with a small dog, were greeted with punctuality and kindness directly by the host's father, who personally informed us on how to best use the services of the house. The presence of 2 bathrooms is very convenient. Overall very satisfied. Recommended, especially for periods of a week or more. A few hundred meters away, you reach the splendid seafront of Porto San Giorgio, where you can walk for miles.

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). The apartment is equipped with every comfort, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Quiet but close to the sea, which can be reached on foot. The host has a quick response time and was also flexible with check-in.

Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

There were three of us over a long weekend and it was perfect for this purpose. Right on the beach. The weather was nice, so we were able to swim a few laps in early May. The highlight was the view from the balcony. However, I would recommend arriving by car or renting one on site. We had a little trouble getting there by public transport. The airport is about 15 km away, but it took us over an hour. Unfortunately, without language skills, we were also unable to order a taxi, as communication was generally difficult. Overall, however, we had a nice relaxing weekend with plenty of sunshine.

Ideally located, to visit Abruzzo. Quick access to road and airport networks (no disturbance). The view from the terrace but also from inside the house is exceptional. We stayed at 5 with 3 young teenagers, and we didn't miss anything. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
