Another wonderful stay: attending a language school in Modena I stayed three weeks at Maria Rosa's appartement. And as last year, I felt at home right away. Clean, quiet and well equipped - the perfect place to stay. The center of Modena is just 10 minutes away, bus stop around the corner and grocery store and ice cream place just 5 minutes away. Maria Rosa was there for check-in and reacted very fast on my messages. I can only recommend this wonderful appartement.

Great place and an exceptional owner! The apartment is very well located, equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. It is worth staying here for a longer time, feeling the atmosphere of this region and seeing many wonderful places, historic towns, exploring mountain trails and trying delicious cuisine. Margherita is very kind and helpful, you can quickly contact her in any matter you need. We will come back here again!

Camillo's home is part of a beautiful historic building in the center of Parma. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, Camillo is very responsive and the self-check-out is very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Massimiliano's apartment is very cozy, clean, and in a very quiet context in the middle of nature. Massimiliano showed maximum flexibility and allowed us to check in early with the staff who are on site, having no lockboxes available. Equipped with every comfort (from coffee to towels for guests), it perfectly matches the listing photos.

Nadia was very friendly and helpful. Easy, flexible check in. Walk across the street to the grocery store. Located on the ground floor with plenty of community parking. Thanks!

My second time at Corte Marsala! The space was beautiful and sparkling clean as always, with all the kitchen and other equipment one might need. (Also the heating worked great which was nice for November!) Barbara's warmth and hospitality makes it feel like a home away from home. Also I very much appreciated her help and how responsiveness she was everytime I reached out, and her help with booking a cab on the last day. The apartment is incredibly central, just a few minutes walk from the two towers, and down the street from a whole bunch of shops and trattorias. Highly recommend.

Alex is a great host and very helpful . I would recommend this place fr a stay . Only down side is it’s 4th floor and without a lift which makes difficult if you have to pick your luggage to the floor
