We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

Very clean and well equipped apartment right above the main Piazza, really everything you need for a stay. Great location near the sea and local restaurants and transport. Pepi and Roberto were very responsive and accommodating, thank you!

Perfect place to chill before going to the airport. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's mportant to know that the main bed is upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs so if going down stairs in the middle of the night is an issue for you, keep that in mind.. We found a cute place on the beach for coffee in the AM. Great host, very responsive. very safe building. perfect for Rome airport.

Ricardo was very responsive and extremely helpful. Place was so nice and comfortable. My kids absolutely loved the bathtub and enjoyed the whole place. Such a good host !

We only stayed one night at Manuel's apartment in anticipation of our return flight scheduled for the next morning. Manuel's apartment matched the description and photos. The apartment was even quite large with a nice little terrace in the inner courtyard. Although the apartment does not include parking, it is easy to find a safe place on the surrounding streets. The apartment is about 10-15 min drive from the airport. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! We are definitely coming back!

Wow, what an amazing experience! What amazing Hosts, Lucilia and Anna. The pictures told half the story of the apartment. Very clean, spacious, up to date with the technology; YouTube, Prime etc. I was in Europe for 21 days with my daughter and this was by far the best Airbnb. I booked 6 BNB so I give this one a 10! Beautiful beach 2 to 5 minutes walk. I will return next year!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

This Airbnb suited our needs perfectly. We were only staying the evening before we flew out the next morning, but that didn’t take away from the hosts being responsive and incredibly helpful. Booking the shuttle for us was a huge help!

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Me and my partner stayed at Loredana's place at the end of Sept. After a very long busy day of touring in Rome and coming to a nice quite place/neighborhood at night just to relax felt amazing. Parking was easy to find on the streets at night. The beach was really close by nice catch for sunsets and sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Loredana's place and would come back again in the near future. Co-host/host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Great location - right by the sea, walkable to the center and with the shops and restaurants around. The apartment is clean and modern. Highly recommend.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

This was an incredible place with beautiful terrace with beach view to enjoy a relaxing day with some coffee. It felt like living with locals right in the neighborhood with great places to get some food and coffee. It was near all great things to go see.
