I am very happy with the stay it is warm , quiet and clean. You could relax very well from trips we made during the day. And in the bed we slept like small children really cozy and comfortable. Everything went great from start to finish. Thank you again

I highly recommend Tomasz, the apartment is clean and tidy, the most important - there was a washing machine, which is a huge plus, it was quiet safe and peaceful. I'm very satisfied.

The apartament was absolutely beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location. I would recommend it to anyone willing to have some quiet space in the heart of Katowice.

Very nice and clean, free bottled water is also provided and if you want anything, you also get that like fresh towels!

The cottage was used to organize a bachelorette party. Everything was great - very good kitchen equipment, beautiful location of the cottage, everything was clean☺️. We couldn't have imagined a better bachelorette! Thank you for hosting it in such a fantastic place!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. Check in was flexible and easy, as was check out. The house is lovely, in a beautiful location and has everything you would ever want and need for the perfect relaxing stay. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for making it stress free and such a fun stay.

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

The accommodation is sufficient for 6 persons. Clean and cozy. Great fireplace and everything as described. Communication with Wanda was great. Quick and easy communication. Location very quiet, with dogs optimal. Shopping was not far away by car. I can only recommend New Year's Eve with dogs, this house is recommended, as there was almost no kicking at all.

Unique space with the quietness and relax you will need on vacations. Pool and jacuzzi are good and the lake is a plus! Filips is very friendly and responsive. We recomend his place, without any doubt

Wonderful and big apartment! Everything corresponds to the photos, it's nice to be there. Comfortable large bed, large bathroom. Everything is clean. Very convenient check-in and parking near the house. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a late check in and Waclaw wrote detailed instructions. I recommend!

Very cosy place in a quiet surroundings, perfect atmosphere for a quiet weekend away from the big city. We loved every minute of our stay, would definitely come back. For pet owners, the garden is fully fenced so that’s definitely a plus. Next time we will take our dogs for sure!

A great stay, a lot of attention on the part of Michal. The cleaning was constant during the stay and were always ready to resolve any problems.

A very welcoming host with two little sons whose perfectly equipped playroom was completely available. Accommodation next to the Zoo and a few minutes by trolleybus from the center. The place was very quiet.

Everything went smoothly. The place is very nice. We'd love to stay in the same place again.

The place was very clean, great surroundings. Bed was comfortable and we had great sleep after all day at festival Beats for Love. Bathroom was large and clean. Ondrej also provided everything that you would need (towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gels, bath salts, hairbrush) everything that you would need. In kitchen was a coffee machine (very user friendly) and also everything that you would need for cooking and eating. In the living room was a big TV with Netflix and 2 cosy chairs, some card and board games. Balcony had amazing view. We really enjoyed the stay and I would recommend this accommodation.
