Good morning clean cozy apartment, close to the city center, near the market and shops are available, it is ok!

Our third time staying here, it’s quiet, comfortable & the host is always helpful. Will come back again!

The apartment is as described and in a great location.

Everything is in order as much as possible. Very nice neighborhood. New neighborhood. Playground and restaurants. The apartment is clean and well-prepared.

This place was just perfect!! clean, warm, cozy and in the center of Poznan! I would definitely choose it again if I would come back in Poznan. I would recommend it without hesitation!! Also Fryderyk was very helpful!!

Staying at Octopus apartment was a great pleasure. The space was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, with easy access to shops, park, and sea. Dariusz was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that my stay was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience in Sopot.

The wooden house is very cute, warm and clean + the location is great! We had a great time with my family there. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also, there is a fireplace, so you can prepare meals outdoors and just behind the house there is a forest where you can have a nice walk. The only inconvenience was sleeping area that is too small for 10 people. The sofa in the living room is great for 2 people, but 3 feels already crowded. And a small sofa on the second floor is not really comfortable. All in all, we liked our stay and the communication that was meaningful and timely.

Beautiful place and stunning garden views, peaceful, close restaurants and very helpful host. Felt right at home and although the house is very large it still feels so warm and cozy. Would highly recommend 💯👍

We booked classic log house for 3 families. It was perfect. Xmas tree, fireplace and snowing outside gave us real winter feeling. Malgorzata was really kind host and provided us flexibility in case of check -in and out. The house well equiped and good opportunity for sledding just otherside of the road. We fully recommend.;)

Lovely lakeside house. Wonderful, helpful hosts who are always available. The house is clean, cozy, was fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation.

The place is modern and spacious. We appreciated the large bathroom and shower. I was particularly impressed with the office space including desk and dual monitor setup with dock. The yard was gorgeous and we're already trying to plan when we can come back in the summer to take full advantage of it.

There were 7 people. We all had enough space . The house is really great. Everything else sleep downstairs upstairs. The sauna is a great plus . The terrace can be done with a tarpaulin, which ensures that it is warm there, especially in the evening or in the morning. Had a great experience all around

Great place. The location is a big plus. A quiet neighborhood, close to a tram stop, a ladybug. The apartment is clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. Very occasional price for this standard. We are very happy with your stay and recommend :)

We had a very comfortable and peaceful 5 night stay. The apartment looks like the photos and was exceptionally good. The beds were comfortable and it was totally quiet at all times. The apartment block had a concierge with a large, plush lobby and elevators. Ideally located. Liberty Cafe opposite is recommended for breakfasts; bacon and eggs were our favourite here. Two small supermarkets within a minutes walk. A bakery called Buczek just as close. Jump on a tram to Lidl if you wish to self cater and want lots of choice. The river, castle and Philharmonic hall were minutes away. Old town was a very short walk. We were picked up by free taxi (for 5 night stays or more) from the airport and returned by the number 300 bus (runs regularly and takes 20 minutes). Comms with Dorota were great and we appreciated the flexible check out. All very positive. Looking forward to returning.

We cannot say enough positive about this place! Before we even got there I knew it would be amazing based on my interactions with Marta. She was helping me with trying to schedule a hair appointment with an English speaking hairdresser stylist and was so helpful! The place itself is lovely, modern, spacious, well kept and clean. The location is even better as you can walk to Old town in 5 minutes and there are endless bakeries and shops close by. We will be returning to visit our daughter and we will most certainly try to stay here.

Very nice, new apartment. Large balcony overlooking the factory. The apartment has towels, a hair dryer, and even a washer and dryer. The food items (I think) left by previous guests are also a nice touch: tea, coffee, sugar, pasta, Chinese soups, but also hygiene products in the bathroom. Perfect communication with the host, Karolina responds quickly and is very helpful. An additional plus is the frog in the block.
