Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cheshire West and Chester

What a lovely property, in a beautiful and idealic setting. Property was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Very nice farm house aesthetic. Kitchen has all the things you need if your staying in and cooking. the bathroom, just wow. lovely big bath tub in a gorgeous room. perfect for relaxing. Hosts were very good, and proactive. there was an issue which was out of there control but they still went above and beyond to ensure we could work around it and remain comfortable and enjoy our stay. Genuinely brilliant hosts, and I would recommend this property based on that alone. House has beautiful views of the countryside, and is tucked away in a secluded spot in a small village, but is within easy reach of Chester, Wrexham and Liverpool by car. Nervous drivers or drivers who aren't confident, be warned, the lanes to/from the property are single car width only as you'd expect from the Welsh countryside but don't let that out you off. we will be back that's for sure 😁

We were on our first visit back to Tattenhall one year after having lived there for 5. So amazing to find this Air BnB in such a central village location. Pamela’s communication from start to finish really made the visit and we felt so at home. The cottage is perfectly fitted out with modern amenities. We were lucky enough to get try out a brand new Nespresso machine as well ! We will definitely stay again on future visits.

We loved our stay at Gardener’s House. Everything about it was beautiful and considered. The beds delightfully comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped that you could whip up a feast and the whole house created to be relaxing and inviting. Yes we will be back! Hawarden Estate is an actual gem. Its ethos of quality and warmth extends to all the team that work there. Thank you

Lovely short stay, great location close to city centre and transport links

So pleased with our stay at this apartment. It is comfortable, clean, stylish and well equipped. Laura is a great host and made sure that we were happy with all aspects of our stay. When we are over this way again, we will certainly seek this one out. Thank you Laura.

Stunning house and location! felt like a private secluded oasis, with access straight onto a footpath. Eleanor's made the house a beautiful and homely place to stay (the kitchen in particular was gorgeous!), super comfy beds and every room was ensuite! The surrounding Cheshire countryside was beautiful, we got a lot of rain on our stay so didn't get to explore it as much as we hoped but it was set up perfectly for going on lots of walks which was ideal with a dog. (we kept our dog on the lead in the garden as it isn't fully enclosed, but if you know your dog won't go out the garden anyway then it would be perfect for them to run around in too). We would definitely recommend a stay here and Eleanor was a friendly and responsive host

Jon’s house was perfect for a weekend stay visiting family in the area. Very comfortable beds - as others have noted. Check in was easy and there was a very generous check out time. We didn’t use many of the kitchen facilities as we had our main meals with family. Jon was quick to respond to any questions that we had.

We loved our stay here with our two Cavapoo dogs. Totally relaxing and peaceful. It was spotless and had everything we needed plus was very close to Chester which was ideal for us. We will def recommend staying here to our friends and we will definitely stay again. Great hosts and lovely surroundings.

What an absolutely incredible place to stay. Such a peaceful area and a cool place to stay. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay from all cooking equipment, towels, bedding, games and even hot water bottles. There was some really kind touches even for our little dog. Overall a fantastic place which I would love to return to one day!

We had a great, wholesome weekend here, could not recommend enough. Amazing facilities/ equipment and everything was clean and the fires were a nice touch. The hottub was relaxing and the beds were comfy, and the bar etc was nicely lit at night. Good location and spacious 😄

We had such a great time at this glamping site with my 7-year-old son and hubby! We stayed for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The whole place had a peaceful vibe, and the view was simply amazing. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to, and they gave us some awesome recommendations for nearby places to visit. What I really loved about the experience was how environmentally friendly everything was. It was great to see that they built the site with sustainability in mind. And my son had a blast because there was a designated play area where he could hang out and have fun with other kids. We're already planning to go back during the summer. Can't wait to experience it all over again!

Three idyllic days at Robin's farm offered a perfect escape from city life. Robin, our exceptional host, welcomed us warmly with handwritten notes in our language. A thoughtful information pack included everything: emergency numbers, local shops, maps, basic Welsh phrases, and activity suggestions.The rustic accommodation, a welcome change from our modern apartment, offered off-grid living. Waking to birdsong and gentle breezes replaced the city's noise. This tranquility was a gift for our child. Feeding the chickens and sheep became an unforgettable highlight. Robin's kindness extended beyond our stay, allowing us to explore more after check-out.We left Robin's farm rejuvenated. The tranquil setting, thoughtful hospitality, and connection with nature were perfect. We'll recommend it to everyone!

Such a lovely little get away, so cosy and in such an idyllic location. Beds are super comfy. We were made to feel very welcome by Rod with the log burner set up for us on arrival, a very friendly host. We will definitely be booking to go back, the welcome treats are a lovely gesture. One of our best nights away in a long time.

Loved our stay here, Andrew and family were really helpful and the cabin was perfect! We came for a 30th birthday and the hot tub was fab. Loved the surrounding area, lots of nice restaurants and pubs within a short taxi ride or drive and the aqua duct was brilliant for a walk. Vicky gave us lovely massages and the tent had everything we needed.
