PNW TINY HOUSE

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

Country Art Studio with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Welcome to Studio 1889. Free parking on site with self check-in. This brand new, adorable, guest house has vinyl plank flooring throughout, large walk-in shower, spacious kitchen has custom cabinets with lots of storage and basic amenities provided. Two person table for dining or remote work. A queen size bed provides maximum comfort as you stream your favorite show on the big screen tv with the free WiFi. Enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub on your own private patio!

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 10 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, Netflix, and a cozy pellet stove to keep warm. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Separate bedroom with comfy King bed. Full bath with shower and laundry. Nice tree top views. Great country feel on a small family farm. Close to Eugene, Fern Ridge Recreation Reservoir and the beautiful Oregon coast. Dozens of wineries and breweries nearby.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
