The place was exactly as pictured, and we had a wonderful stay. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and the outdoor garden added a cozy, relaxing touch. The house was clean, neat, and equipped with all the necessary utensils. It was peaceful, spacious, and perfect for a serene retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet, quality vacation spot. The hosts, Sreekanth and Swetha, were incredibly helpful and friendly from booking to checkout, making us feel completely at home. Thank you both for all your help during our stay. River House was a great place for our get-together. We enjoyed our stay. Mr. Justin did a fantastic job keeping the place clean and tidy. The backyard was the perfect spot for relaxing and chatting.

Eldho’s home was a perfect deal for the price we paid. We had an event to attend at kollenchery so this place was quite near to that. The house seems newly built and therefore is spic and span. The caretaker and eldho both were very responsible, almost a call away, although eldho doesn’t live here. This is a perfect home for a get away, the location is serene, it is a quiet place with spacious rooms and dining area. There is a close market to this place. Only a few suggestions to kindly equip the kitchen with some basic things like tea, sugar, basic masala and coffee preps. The bedrooms need thin quilts as only Bedsheets to cover up have been provided and during AC those aren’t enough. There are many lizards, so some sort of a repellent can work to keep them out. Overall the place is a great deal for any group, it is spacious, clean and beautiful and really good for the price that you pay. The owner is very responsive and quick to solve your query. Will surely recommend to others!

Benny and the caretaker Jose Harshal are absolute professionals. The instructions they provide was clear-cut. The place is neat and tidy, also the host was responsive and friendly and always there to help. I particularly like the way Jose communicated and helped me checkout as per my flexibility. I'll be recommending the place to my network. 🙏

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Manjeet’s place while attending the KREEPA Expo at Adlux. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating our entire team. Manjeet and his family were exceptional hosts, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even provided an additional bed to ensure everyone was comfortable, which we truly appreciated.
