Great place, feels like a luxury hotel with all the amenities that you could desire. Lovely and friendly host!

We had a great stay at Rich’s place! The apartment is awesome: very stylish and fully equipped. Looks even better in real life than the pictures. The location is good, with the town centres of Brixton and Clapham both easy walking distance (15-20 mins). There is a convenient grocery store (Sainsbury’s local) less than 2 minutes away from the doorstep. Rich was very flexible and communicative, and the check-in and check-out were super smooth. Highly recommended!

As per listing, the place was exactly the same. We were looking something around the underground and this was it. Everything in the apartment works without any faults. Will definitely recommend people exploring London.

Ousman was honestly the nicest and most helpful host I’ve ever met whilst using Airbnb. Anything we needed, he was on hand to bring it to us without hesitation! The apartment itself is stunning and looks just like the photos. Ousman has the place kitted out with snacks too! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

I spent a wonderful week in this peaceful home (my second time visiting) and I keep discovering more to love! Highly recommend exploring the local walking trails, and dropping by the corner grocery, which is just five minutes on foot from the house. Excellent pre-prepared meals and many other local treats! Thanks to my hosts for meeting my every need.

We had a very nice stay. The duplex was very comfortable, very clean and had all mod cons. There was plenty to do and see in town, including a cinema and interesting walks. Antonella had told us where to park and that helped a great deal. We also had a day in Whitstable which was also very interesting.

We had a lovely time at Fifth Quarter. Very peaceful, welcoming & well equipped. Enjoyed the walk into the beautiful village & loved the walkway along Forest Way to Forest Road. Mick & Linda went out of their way to accommodate us & we had everything we could ask for and more! Highly recommend, thank you.

Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the home and would recommend for sure. The home is very well decorated and I loved the new modern interior look. The host provided all the instructions in checking in which made things very smooth. Alongside this, we were greeted with a welcoming package which was really nice. I must also say the bedroom bed was really comfortable which gave us a nice relaxing sleep. In summary 10/10 stay and would sure visit again!

The peaceful location was absolutely beautiful surrounded by greenery and wildlife. Accommodation was quirky and cosy. The outside space which included a pool and spa was a great bonus which got used every day. Jane was an amazing host and we would highly recommend this property.

The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

The property has everything you need and more so many little extras ( fresh milk , cereal , tea , cofffee , treats for your doggie , Gaynor has every little detail covered . The property is so comfortable and very peaceful. Great pub 5 mins walk down the road with excellent food . Thank you Gaynor we will see you next year .

Estefania made our 3 week stay so enjoyable. She was very responsive to all our questions and helpful in getting extra items that we required to make our stay 100% perfect. The location was so peaceful and we loved hearing the chimes of the church bells. The local pubs are within walking distance and very nice to visit. Thank you for everything 🤩

Lovely place, private parking space, lovely garden, great host and had everything we needed and more

Rarely do the photo match the actual property. However what you see in the listing is exactly how the property is. Little things like the piano and record player made the stay. That and the short walk to the aquatics centre. A pleasure to stay at a home from home. Thank you Abigail and suspect we will be staying with you again. Chris

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Second time at Caroline's place. Fantastic apartment with everything you need, very thoughtfully laid out. Caroline is an exceptionally cool and kind person, highly recommended.

A gem of a place !! This has been our favourite airbnb for couples ! So beautifully set out with everything thought of! The area was beautiful and a revelation and we will definitely be back!
