Beautiful house in a very pleasant village with multiple attractions. In short, it was an unforgettable stay with very welcoming and accommodating hosts.

2 night stay at Emmanuel's place in Angouleme on the road to Cognac. A comfortable and spacious apartment feeling like being at home for our small group of 8 people with a large terrace that we unfortunately could not enjoy. A possible free parking nearby. Emmanuel was an accommodating host with our arrival and departure times.

This was our third stay at Vincent's and we are still so satisfied. We highly recommend! The place is in a strategic location for those who love tranquility but want all the amenities of a small town nearby.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the flexibility, the comfort, the location, the calm, the responsiveness and the kindness of the hosts. We had a wonderful weekend of reunion. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend it

Excellent welcome. Clean, comfortable and good location.

Really good value for money, and an idyllic setting. We swam in the river and used the communal garden for barbecues most nights. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the noise from the road early mornings and as it was a sunny warm holiday weekend when we stayed the local youth were a little noisy playing music and leaving litter around but no trouble and nothing our hosts could do about that. There’s an amazing boulangerie just yards away. All in all a very pleasant stay.

House at the top! Ideally located, close to everything you can visit on Saintes. Very clean, it has everything you need and much more! Super quiet neighborhood, easy to park in front of the house, all shops within a 10-minute walk. What a pleasure to come back and spend a few days in Kate's house! The accommodation is even more comfortable with new furniture. You can tell Kate makes sure everything is perfect for vacationers. She welcomed us warmly, with charming attentions! The house is very nice and very well-equipped. The highlight is the large outdoor terrace with stunning views of the castle: beautiful! In short, it is a quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating place to fully enjoy the sweetness of life in the heart of Haute-Saintonge! This house was amazing and Ollivier was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved the beautifully decorated home and couldnt have asked for a better spot to relax whilst visiting France.

Townhouse and its garden very nice, nicely furnished and decorated. We immediately felt very good there as soon as we arrived. Nothing is missing. Located in the city center, easy and free street parking. A little noise following the passage of cars from 7am because I sleep with the window open. But the quality of the home quickly makes us forget this small inconvenience;)) Responsive and accommodating host ( concierge). I recommend it +++

Very good stay ideally located near a square with parking spaces, it feels like home with everything you need, the essentials and the superfluous, the small garden is very nice, the rooms are spacious.

Olivia's house is very nice and warm and I was perfectly welcomed.

We had a lovely stay in a town we have driven by many times. The house was ideally situated to walk into town and the cherry on the top was the secluded and peaceful garden to relax in after cycling through many pretty villages using the cycle routes. Walking into town on market days - Saturdays and Wednesdays - is a must. It’s also within an easy drive of the coast and we were able to revisit towns of Saintes and St Palais sur Mer. Stay here and you will never worry about a heat wave ruining your vacation again! Carved into and out of the rock behind it, this house offered natural cooling on the hottest day if our vacation. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. We didn't feel rushed at all, and the little touches such as a welcome message and complementary apéritif -- on top of all the regular features that make a start comfortable -- made us feel so welcome. Our kids enjoyed the miniature boats just a short walk away, and we took in the beautiful views of Saint-Savinien, village of rock and water.

We enjoyed our stay at Eugenie's house. The house has all the useful amenities, including lots of games and books for the kids. We were 2 families of 5 and had plenty of space. The garden is very nice and allowed the 6 children to enjoy. The various shops are within walking distance, and the leisure base of Château neuf sur Charente is ideal for swimming and spending a day outdoors (25 min by car)

We took full advantage of our visit to the Festival and Dominique's beautiful place brought us comfort, comfort, warmth and good taste. It was a very elegant decor. Again, thank you for this optimal welcome!

We had a great time at Adrien and Fanta's! The hosting was very warm. The house is ideally located and allows walking access to the pedestrian streets of Saintes, as well as to local shops. The place is peaceful although located in the city…We will gladly go back during our next getaways to Saintes!
