The studio is in a great location in Saintes, only a few minutes from the city center to enjoy the city! Although sometimes cramped in the kitchen, our stay was pleasant and the terrace is a big plus😁. The studio is equipped for everyday life and is practical, we could stay longer without worries.

This place is a gem. Although located in the city, it is an extremely quiet area (and I am very sensitive to noise). The apartment is spacious and extremely well-equipped, both for a short and for a long stay. I think the photos can't really reflect the feeling of well-being you feel inside. Right from the beginning, the host was very responsive and cooperative. Parking is very close and free. I am very happy to have made this choice and I have extended my stay here beyond the originally scheduled date:-) I would really recommend it, it's worth every euro.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment which was very centrally placed in Ruelle sur touvre. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and was beautifully furnished with much attention paid to detail. we loved all the old pots, antique weighing scales and arty pieces all around. Thankyou Christope, we will be back!

Really a beautiful discovery. In a very quiet area, with views of the cathedral. An apartment with easy access, with everything you need. And the owner was really attentive to making sure everything went smoothly. I'm holding the address!

Very warm, well-equipped accommodation, the only downside would be that we hear the neighbors of the adjoining accommodation apart from that, everything was perfect.

A big thank you to François and his wife for their hospitality, availability and adaptability. The listing is true to the listing, the photos reflect the warmth of the apartment where you find everything you need. I stayed here for 21 nights and was able to enjoy the comfortable bedding, the brightness of the place, the quietness of the nights. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment, especially to spa guests. The thermal baths are a 10-minute walk away, the city center is a stone's throw away and the places to walk and sightsee are also close. Thanks again to François and his wife.

Our hosts are very friendly, the place was spotless! Clean, tidy and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all the restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes took place in good conditions. Very good accommodation! Recommended!!

the rental is very good for 2 adults with a dog (land completely enclosed in the back). Everything is clean. Very busy road close by, so access everywhere quick, but can make access to the rental a little difficult at night, because the entrance is not very visible.
