We stayed as a group of four and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Located right on Via Nazario Sauro, it’s close to the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made evenings really enjoyable. A big plus was the private parking—super convenient in such a busy area. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a relaxed, walkable stay in a great part of Italy.

Valentina is a perfect host, very helpful, she responded to every request and question in times that defining as quick is an understatement, the accommodation is perfectly clean, better than in the photos, brand new furnishings, the structure is rich in design and in a very beautiful sea view location, the street under the balconies is a bit noisy but probably because we kept the windows open given the hot days, getting to the third floor by stairs with luggage was a bit tiring but you can't expect too much for a structure that wouldn't have space for an elevator. Overall, everything is more than great, I give 5 stars but it also deserves a sixth.

We were very happy with our short stay in Luciano's apartment. We found a very clean and well-maintained house, entirely renovated. Luciano and his wife were very helpful and kind, and flexible on schedules. Also very positive is the car park in a private garage, with convenient and easy access with an elevator also for families with small children like us. We recommend the property!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and located on a quiet street with safe parking. There are great restaurants, nice walks and the beach is also easily accessible. Ideal for relaxing days with many leisure facilities. If the opportunity arises, I'll be happy to come back!

Stefano is a first-class Host. unfortunately I can only put 5 stars because it's the maximum number, otherwise I would have given more.. We were welcomed in a very friendly and family environment as if we were old friends. I highly recommend Stefano and his accommodation as he is a very serious, precise and polite person. A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment is small but really spacious. We felt like at home. The view is amazing and neighborhood quiet. Supermarkets and restaurants are 10 minutes walk distance. The town is lovely. Michael is really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

The apartment, very clean and well equipped, is in a strategic area to enjoy the Igea Marina promenade but also for those like us who used it as a base to go to Mirabilandia (30 min.). Mira was a "super" host for kindness and availability. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, small apartment in Igea Marina with magnificent views of the beach with umbrellas. Overall, the accommodation makes a very well-maintained impression. The view of the ocean and the beach is a real highlight. The only small downside: the pots in the kitchen could be renewed. Nevertheless: Overall a charming accommodation and highly recommended for the price!

Wonderful stay right by the locations we know and enjoy in Rimini.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
