Villa Monacelli - private villa with swimming pool

PeytonRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Francesco and his parents were amazing hosts! The house and the garden are amazing and very clean. Our kids had lots of fun in the swimming pool! You definitely need a car to visit the surrounding cities, we went on daily trips to Florence, Siena, Bologna, San Giminiano, etc. Also, there are restaurants and grocery stores shopping venues in walkable distance. We strongly recommend Francesco’s place if you are looking for a Tuscan getaway 🙏🏻

...a dream in the heart of Tuscany

LaurenRating, 5 stars4 months ago
The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

Casale Bellaguardia

VictoriaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A great place from which to explore Marche. Be sure to eat at Locanda La Rocca and Osteria Zanchetti in Fossombrone, both superb. I wished I’d dressed up a little more for the first - the terrace and experience merited it! The house is very well equipped and the pool is huge. Decorated simply but stylishly, the only negative was the huge photo posters of the grandkids (?) everywhere.
The exterior of the villa features a gated entrance adorned with greenery. A large tree and several shrubs create a natural boundary, while the building's two-story structure is visible. An Italian flag is prominently displayed, adding a touch of local character.

Villa Formica is a very nice place if you want to visit Rimini, Riccione etc. We visited the ville in July 24 with a group of seven people and it was awesome. The communication with the host is super easy and you get the responses very quick. Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend that place.

Casamora Farm - Villa La Leccina

NicoleRating, 5 stars57 months ago
This is a truly special place, the hospitality shown by Rita faultless. We particularly appreciated the pool, although shared it was huge (10m x 20m) and beautiful, it sort of reminded me of a Roman bath in style! All of the villas and the surrounding gardens are impeccably designed, planted and furnished, and although some are closer together than others all felt very private. We were free to help ourselves to herbs and lemons from the trees, and Rita was always available to help with anything, giving ideas for local places to visit etc. The properties are rural and surrounded by olive groves which meant that on some mornings there were biting insects around-insect repellent helped-it didn't spoil our stay but it's worth bringing repellent with you. A couple of times we caught the train into Florence which was really easy (free parking at a nearby town, then a 30 minute train journey) -Casamora is well placed for day trips though we spent most of our time at the villa and pool as they are so beautiful. We would love to return, thank you Rita.

Villa Di Collina – Villa Di Collina

LynnRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is a very large, beautiful house with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. The host was very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to arrive by car/to rent a car to get to the property and things to do nearby. In the end, we had to pay the tourist tax and the electricity we used during the week in cash.
An outdoor seating area is featured, surrounded by planters with greenery. Comfortable seating is provided beneath a large umbrella, with a scenic view of the rolling hills visible in the background. The stone patio offers a tranquil space for relaxation.

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!
The exterior of the villa showcases a charming façade with arched windows and rustic stone details. The well-maintained garden is surrounded by trees and decorative plants. A pathway leads to a spacious porch area, furnished with seating, inviting relaxation in the serene landscape.

Villa Mery, on the hills of the Rimini Riviera

HannaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Cà Caselle

DavideRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Podere Casina 9 - holiday home

FrankRating, 5 stars8 months ago
You really have to say that the accommodation is very successful and has been furnished with a lot of taste. The house is very high quality and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. It's really fun to cook here and you'll appreciate the benefits of a professional kitchen. You can't wait to see how the space develops in the future because it can already be seen that there will be an outdoor kitchen at some point. Andrea was very committed and was also personally on site at the handover. The information about the process and also the food options were very good and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca' di Veroli, it is worthwhile to eat there. Thank you Andrea for the lovely stay in your house and we hope that we will see each other again someday. Sandra&Frank

Villa Querciolo - Private Pool, Relax & Privacy

HelenaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)
The villa is presented in a vibrant orange hue, surrounded by a well-maintained green lawn. Large windows and wooden shutters complement the rustic architecture, while a stone foundation offers stability. Olive trees and flower pots enhance the outdoor space, creating a charming backdrop.

villa Antonietta

Thomas BoreRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.
